Regarding whether any of these fights are relevant and important, I would say the winner of this fight probably gets a #1 contenders fight and they are either going to give Rodriguez the championship fight right away or have her face Thug Rose on a PPV, probably on UFC 283 to try to faze Thug Rose out since her last fight was so boring. They'll probably give the winner of this fight Jessica Andrade, and the winner of that fight becomes the championship challenger after the winner of Thug Rose vs Marina Rodriguez fights the winner of Weili vs Esparza (most likely going to be Weili). My guess is that Rodriguez beats Thug Rose in Brazil on UFC 283 and fights Weili next year, and Dern submits Andrade in the 2nd or 3rd round after beating Yan on Saturday. Also, I think Brown gets ranked and puts his name as serious title challengers for 170 after this Saturday. Only dudes I don't really see Brown beating are Rakhmonov, Burns, and maybe Covington and Edwards now that Chimaev is at 185 and assuming that Usman retires before he gets into the top 10.

I think the prelims look pretty rough, but the main card is ok, They’re 3 fights I want to see on the card and its Slava vs Davis, Barcelos vs Jones and Dern vs Yan and all on the main card, I don’t care about mismatch’s before the card  because they don’t interest me, but Sodic vs Shanis and Brown vs Trinaldo probely end in brutal ko which would be cool to watch . And their also on the main card

people say that the rest of card is easy, but I don't know/trust most of the fighters. the easiest and with no underdogs of the year was the ufc Paris. made huge money that day

Victor Henry really exposed Barcelos's head movement and striking defense, Jones isn't anything special but find it hard thinking Barcelos is a good favorite with the powerful hands of Jones.

I remember Ronson being absolute trash his last performance. Most of these fights or either mismatches or mid-offs tbh until it gets to the top of the card. Brown vs Trinaldo would be very interesting if Trinaldo wasn't one bad loss away from being considered too old for the UFC, and the main event is high-level women's MMA. Barcelos and Jones wouldn't be close if Barcelos didn't look 3-5 years older than he actually is in his last few fights. The main even are 2 great female fighters. Yusuff is a borderline between good and great, and Castaneda, Davis, and Borshchev are good fighters. Everyone else is either mid with a potential to be good (if they are young) or sucks tbh
