the way Dern fought is how I picture Ortega will fight in a few years if he keeps taking beatings like the Volk and Holloway fights. took almost 400 significant strikes to the head in those two fights alone, for some fighters that's an entire UFC run worth of head trauma.

Sadly Ortega's chances of beating high level competition are probably shot with all of the damage he is taking. He should consider either retiring or fighting lower ranked opponents when he is healthy enough to return.
