You can call me Kakhramon Kakhramonov or Kakharamonov, noone else knows what the right name is either.

Really don't want to pick Brundage but Gore isn't the KO artist people are thinking he is.

Very much a DEC fighter with some power.

Gore is also very straight up and has a very heavy front footed striking stance that will help with Brundage's takedowns.

Gore hasn't showed he can grapple much, only that he has pretty decent takedown defense due to his strength.

My play of the week is RDA. I am astonished by the odds on this fight.

Fiziev is really good, don't get me wrong, but is he going to KO RDA? Not much chance.

Look at who RDA has fought, especially at 170, its a row of killers and even Leon Edwards struggled with the striking against him.

Then on the otherside who has Fiziev fought? Not a single real wrestler. And stack his competition against RDA it's not even close.

Fiziev has questionable cardio, especially if he has to deal with wrestling, but I think the cut down to 155 will also be tough for RDA so not putting much into this. But I think RDA is the better mixed martial artist and over 5 rounds I think he is going to grind this one out.

The judges though.... who knows what they will do. Still I am taking RDA as a confident pick here.

Fiziev was born in Kazakhstan to an Azerbaijani father and a Russian mother, as a child he grew up in Kyrgyzstan and eventually when he came of age he received citizenship and therefore represented Kyrgyzstan in sports.

Currently in Kyrgyzstan there is religious persecution and discrimination against Shia Muslims. Fiziev and his family are Shias and he has been very vocal in the past regarding the issues in his country.
The reason why they are leaving Kyrgyzstan is because they are tired of being treated as inferior human beings just because of their religious convictions and it has also been documented that the Kyrgyzstani police in recent years have had a tendency to be hostile towards religious minorities. (The latter may even be more shocking for him, because before being a professional fighter Rafael Fiziev was a police officer in this country).

Nothing against Valentina, but every time she goes to Kyrgyzstan it is to go to events and tributes (well deserved due to her achievements as an athlete) from government institutions. That is why every time I use social media it is to talk about the culture of her country (which is not bad) and to say that it is a great place to live (which is not true, but taking into account that a long time ago she had to emigrate to have a career as a professional).
What she knows about the current situation in the country are those events organized by the government, on the other hand, people like Fiziev know about the problems of their country, since they and/or their families live in Kyrgyzstan day by day.

I would watch out with Turcious and Lawrence.
Just watched some of Turcious's fights. He is not very good. Not saying that Zahabi is any better but it's a big risk. Also Kalhramanov could easily win this one, in fact I think he will.
Maybe parlay with some good ones next week? There are some good parlay spots on the Ortega/Yair card

SplitDecision3027, the fights you mentioned are so 50/50. But I am leaning more towards Zahabi. Canadian fighters are good! Noticed, that many times, when I picked someone over canadian - I picked wrong. So this time I am going with Canada's own Zahabi. About another fights can't be 100% certain. It is really a 50/50.  Have Lawrence for pick now,but I need to go back and watch Kakhramonov's fights.
