Collard is really entertaining, I thought he was going to sleep there though, think that was Martinez’ last attempt at the win I can see clay taking over dominantly in the third

Curious how it’s scored. Collard still had a knockdown in 2 but was almost choked out. Damage supposed to prevail but who knows. I thought Clay edged out the third. Those flopping to backs wasn’t looking good, even with late takedown. I didn’t think he did enough with it but how knows how it’s called.

Clay made this way closer than it needed to be

Clay won rounds 1 and 3. Outstruck him, inflicted the damage, attacked submissions. They make this out to be close but Clay clearly won this fight 29-28.

@swain but I think the choke was close to the finish so it’s more effective therefore I’d give round 2 to Martinez gave collard 1 and 3 tho
