Maaaaan is Cheick Kongo a monster. He's literally only 2" taller, a few lbs heavier...... But has a huge 7" reach advantage. But we are talking about Cheick Kongo. He's almost always turning in these boring snoozefest decision wins. Happens very frequently, but every once in a while, he lives up to his potential and shows he can be a monster. But in my honest opinion, It doesn't matter much. Bader is used to being the guy with shorter reach, and he still gets the job done. I like this current version of Ryan Bader, The champ. The 2 division champ. He was always a top 5-6 guy to me.... Even in the UFC. He had those great fights, but just couldn't get past that last hurdle for a title shot. But that was in the UFC. We're talking Bellator now. And I think winning and winning big, has given Bader The confidence he maybe needed before. He's always been solid, but he's in the prime of his athletic career. The best he's gonna be, is right now.

Listen, I was always a fan of Daniel Straus. Bellator 145 vs Patricio Pitbull.... Maaaaan whatta treat that fight was. But what this guy's been through, having to learn how to walk again is amazing in its own right. Trust me. That's a tough thing to do after an accident like that. I went thru the same ****. So you know he isn't gonna quit.

I haven't seen anything on TV or the Internet promoting this at all, it is a fraction to the amount they had when they were on Spike.
Sure contract deals where Bellator are probably make good money for streaming, but then again not as many viewers compared to the close to 2 million that Shamrock vs Gracie III had. And this should be more competitive and relevant than that.
They cut out the opportunity for causal audience to jump in and only focused on the niche audience that would only by the streaming.
Seems like the DAZN 4 million subscribers that Forbes says they have only get a fraction to see Bellator out of everything. I doubt it is more that 500,000 max per event. So for the sake of argument, 4 million potential max with a 100,000 guarantee maybe, or the network deal with probably more outreach, millions potentially.
I find this fascinating of a debate.
Boxing is easier because of name recognition. But Bellator doesn't have a superstar or the Brand that the UFC has so they seemed to kinda mess things up.
I don't know.
