Official Bellator 104 Results and Discussion Thread

Prelims kick off live at the pick lock at 7pm ET on Spike.com right here. It's a decidedly stacked preliminary card where Bellator is concerned, featuring Rob Emerson, Jared Downing, Karl Amoussou, Paul Sass and some exciting prospects. 

The main card features a heavyweight feature bout between Eric Prindle and Peter Graham along with Kendal Grove vs. Joe Vedepo in a sorta random middleweight bout. Finally, the main and co-mains see the welterweight tournament semi-finalists collide when War Machine takes on Ron Keslar and Rick Hawn looks to make it 2-0 against the underrated Brent Weedman. 

There was a late addition and one fight change after weigh-ins, so make sure them picks are up-do-date.

It's really hard to take Hawn down, he's great in the clinch. That's the only reason it's at least interesting.

But yeah, the Askren contract situation is happening too.

Kinda hoped War Machine was gonna tap out so we could all give him **** and call him a *****...But he stood by his word and went to sleep, "like a real man"...or so he says

Anyways, happy for Keslar, you could tell he wanted that win bad

I'm still praying to the MMA gods for War Machine/Paul Harris, i wanna see him be a real man then get put in a wheelchair

As far as the WW title goes if there was any time Bellator could actually justify doing an interim title it's now. Askren's contract is over and likely going elsewhere. So they should set up the interim championship asap. So when Askren leaves they have a new title holder ready to step in. If Askren stays you have an opponent and a champion v champion situation without the bs politics of Mo/Newton/Vegh situation.
