The reason why I consider him one of the GOATs is that he made it look easy against guys like RDA, Barbosa, Gaethje, Poirier, and McGregor.
But I still can't put him above Mighty Mouse or GSP, for example. And I guess Islam will be above him as well when he retires.

I have talked a lot of **** about Dumas here (and somewhat about Ruziboev's sus past). I'm not gonna go and repeat myself much on how Dumas isn't ufc caliber or Ruzi fixing fights. I want to go into something else. Look at those odds. Do they make sense to you? I know they definetly don't to me. But in all seriousness is there something hidden that I'm not seeing? Ruzi should be atleast -600+ on a bad day. If this was Ruziboev's debut, looking at that weird record or a few of those "odd" matches, the current odds would make sense. Now not only has he fought in the UFC, he pulled up on short notice and dominated his debut, wiping that 0 off of Ferreiras resume. And Ferreiras isn't some regional nobody, he has knocked out Rodrigues & Hawes. If you go and look at their fight (Ruzi vs. Ferreira) the way Ruzi ko'd him was very clever decision making that no fraud would ever do or capitalise on such an opportunity that quick. So why are the lines stuck? - In striking Dumas was getting annihilated by everything Fremd was throwing. And Fremd is the furthest thing from powerful or a good striker. Abu also made him uncomfortable in the standup, Dumas didn't know what to do when Abu was marching into him. For someone with such a long reach he doesn't know how to use it. If you get continiously starched by Fremd in the standup, what will Ruziboev, the faster and more accurate fighter do to him? - On the ground it's even worse. Top or bottom Ruzi is superior and a constant submission threat. When Fremd took him down it looked like Dumas was lost there. - A tiny problem could be Ruziboevs gas tank. However, again, not in this fight :D. SDumas doesn't have the durability himself to give some kind of a challenge if this goes past 10 minutes. How tired he was in the Fremd fight only in the 2nd round is all you need to know. To not keep adding and adding on how much I think the lines are stupid, I'll just keep it short. You're telling me a guy who has better standup, more speed, better groundgame, can be a big threat in both top and bottom positions, has 4x the experience, who has already showed that he can perform vs. ufc level guys and wasn't in jail a month ago like his opponent is a f*cking -270 against one of the worst fighters on the roster.

I'm personally not a fan and don't think hes good enough to warrant all the extra baggage. However, this recent incident sounds like baby mama drama to put it bluntly. Let the man have his day in court and address it later if it's still an issue.
Dumas doesn't seem like he comes from a great background but that doesn't mean the guy can't eventually better himself. I think the fact that he's still on the roster is telling. I can't imagine the UFC didn't do some basic fact checking to figure out what happened.

do you work with him? has he assaulted you or anyone you know? was it your childs school he was at? Did he hit you with his car whilst driving with no license? I'm assuming the answer to those are all no. So genuinely why do you care so much what this guy has done?
Do you do the same thing to all the Russians who have direct ties to Kadyrov or do you just leave it to strictly American's and their shady backgrounds.

Again is it only the Americans you care about? Derrick Lewis was in prison I never seen anyone crying about him on the roster?
Alessio Di Chirico just beat the **** out of a taxi driver in a different country. Should he never be allowed to work or fight anywhere ever again? or is there some imaginary line you have in your mind that only applies to certain people?

I gotta think that it begins with the fact that horrible things happen all over the world and since those things are not connected with you and there is nothing you can do to stop/affect them, it is a pointless endeavour to not only say something about it online but even think about that situation at all is a detriment to you.
I agree that anything I say in this forum will do nothing to Dumas and that nothing Dumas ever did and will do in his life will ever affect me, I also need to clarify that I hate social pandering with a deep passion and I am not saying people should be on Twitter "fighting the good fight".
But when you ask me: "Why should anyone spend time out of their day worrying about what another man did if it has no affect on his life". I can only say that the effect it DID have in this world and it's people was REAL and that it was not a good one, so I SHOULD care because if I don't then human decency is truly dead.
I will end my piece about Dumas with this comment cuz this is a ******* MMA forum not a debate Club about morals.🤣 but I would like to hear your thoughts on what I said. If you wanna keep having this conversation send a comment in my profile so we don't fill the forum with unnecessary yapping.
