Gamrot is the king of falling upwards; I almost have to admire his luck. Gifted a decision against Tsarukyan, gifted a decision against Turner, and now Fiziev gets injured after tuning him up for a round. I think he stole Blachowicz's magic rope

Call Gamrot lucky for the win tonight is exaggerated: as he says in the post-fight interview: Gamrot works really hard in the elbows block and body shots defense in the training camp because he now Fiziev is going to attack him in the body during the whole fight . The injury was produced by a blocked body kick. 

In the Third Fight between Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier, the Doctor Stoppage drama was somewhat exaggerated by McGregor but a bunch of MMA Fans call him Sore Loser and Crybaby beacuse Dustin Checked a leg kick and because of that McGregor jumping for the guillotine and avoid standing exchanges. I don't think Poirier won by luck, but by the logic that Gamrot won by luck tonight, then you could say that Dustin was lucky that McGregor decided to have the imprudence to throw kicks in a full of power since the beginning They have clear arthritis problems in their ankles.

It wasn't his right foot that he injured, it was his left knee. Fiziev took a bad step with his left leg when he was throwing the kick with his right. His full body weight was on his lead leg (left leg) and he turned it as he was kicking with his right. So it was a bad step that caused the injury, not Gamrot that blocked the kick.

Yes, Fiziev Injured his knee and that happened after Gamrot blocked a body kick with the elbow guard. Fighters throw kicks and impact with the foot or shine but the pain and damage is in the knee because the ligament (it is the same principle of the pain mechanism of leg locks).
