Mo Usman wins based on using the jab and straight punches in the second round and the big takedown in the second round. The Eye poke was accidental, but it cannot be denied that the eye poke was a turning point in the fight. Usman is practically a developing fighter, considering that he didn't have really notable experience before PFL or TUF, but with how much he resents his opponents' clean shots (being hurt by all the few significant strikes that Tafa managed to land in his last fight and being hurt by Collier at the beginning of the fight) and the fact that he lowers his head a lot (mostly due to feinting with level change) he will probably be knocked out when he faces a HW with a higher level or experience in near future
