Topuria looks unstoppable, but still, this is a HUGE step up against a dangerous man... Honestly I'm surprised he's that much of a favourite against Emmett. Very intriguing match up anyway.

Oh yeah, Austen Lane is that American Football guy who lost by brutal KO against Greg Hardy on the Contender Serie a few years ago... He rebonded nicely, and seems a bit more complete now, but still, this is a bad bad loss that aged very poorly. His chin will definitely be tested by Tafa.

I stopped questioning how good Topuria was after seeing him finish Damn Jackson. That was the moment for me where I realized he was probably going to be the future FW champ. He's only continued to look better since then.
For me, he is without question the most under-rated pound for pound fighter in the promotion and maybe in all of MMA. Topuria absolutely falls into that category of guys that "everyone claims they'll fight but nobody actually signs on the dotted line when officially asked". It was only a matter of time before he got a top 5 opponent.
Topuria probably wins by sub and then fights the winner of Yair/Volk no questions asked.

Is it the most likely outcome ? Not sure about that, but laughable ?
I mean, have you ever watch the man fight at all ? He can lose 99 % of a fight then kill the opponent out cold with one punch.
While I won't be surprise at all to see Topuria win, or even dominate the fight, a brutal KO win by Emmett, out of nowhere, is absolutely possible, and if you don't agree with that statement, I just really hope you're not betting on fights (well in fact I don't care about your money, but you got my point).
Topuria's best win is BY FAR against the very limited Bryce Mitchell, so while he looks great thus far, he's pretty unproven against elite competition yet...
Let's just see how it goes, without "laughing" at other people reasonnable picks.
