it would not be easy to take down taller opponent Radzhabov ,but Rebecki should grind it down to decision

Ilia Topuria, TKO, R1
Great main event between two extremely durable and dangerous featherweights. Right off the bat, I’m leaning towards Topuria. Everything on paper is in his favor: he’s younger, he’s got more upside, throws more volume and has less wear and tear. Emmett has the big fight experience, is arguably the harder puncher and has shown himself to be insanely durable. However, I don’t think his cardio and durability will hold up against a killer like Topuria. I’m predicting Topuria puts a pace on Emmett, eventually stopping him along the cage with strikes or getting a submission.
Ribas vs. Barber
Amanda Ribas, DEC
Ribas, on paper, is better everywhere. More fluid striking, a better grappling pedigree, and just overall better application of those skills in MMA. Barber is a rugged and tough chick but her aggression and physicality hasn’t always gotten the results she wanted. While I can see Barber getting awarded some bogus split decision due to her aggression, I think Ribas will cruise to a UD with better striking defense and grappling later in the fight.
Tafa vs. Lane
Justin Tafa, TKO, R1
Neither man is a particularly good fighter here. Tafa probably the better striker and more powerful of the two, whereas Lane is just pure athleticism and size. Can’t ever be sure with heavyweights, but Lane just seems like the perfect candidate to get chinned by a guy like Tafa.
Onama vs. Santos
Gabriel Santos, DEC
Hard to get a read on this one. Both guys getting a lot of hype despite losing their biggest fights. Santos probably the more dynamic finisher here, and showed more technicality against a good opponent in Lerone Murphy, but Onama is undoubtedly the more powerful, chaotic fighter in this match up. Santos is likely the smarter pick here; Onama is powerful but every other box is ticked in Gabriel’s favor.
Allen vs. Silva
Brendan Allen, SUB, R2
Pretty classic grappler vs striker match up here. While I can see Silva making it ugly or landing some big shot early, his lack of submission and grappling defense against a guy like Allen doesn’t bode well for him. Allen is maybe a little chinny, but I think he’s good enough on the feet to outlast Silva and eventually get a submission win.
Magny vs. Rowe
Neil Magny, DEC
Veteran vs young lion type match up. Rowe is big, long and has been a consistent knockout threat in his recent stretch of wins. With that said, I haven’t seen anything from him to indicate he can replicate that against a guy like Magny. Magny is getting up there in age, but his recent wins are against better competition than Rowe. While I am a tad concerned about his age and physical decline, I’m still thinking Magny wins by unanimous decision or a late stoppage.
Brown vs. Turman
Randy Brown, DEC
Outside of a terrible performance from Brown, or a miracle performance from Turman, this fight should be a clear cut win for Randy Brown. Huge physical advantages, better striking, better wins, more dynamic, you’d be crazy to pick Turman here. Brown will probably use his length to pot shot Turman and eventually TKO him.
Rębecki vs. Radzhabov
Mateusz Rębecki, DEC
Both guys somewhat similar in that they’re sturdy, European submission wrestlers with some striking. I would lean towards Rebecki here; looks like the more powerful striker, more dynamic finisher and just has more upside. Unless he somehow manages to gas out, I think Rebecki will wrestle box his way to a UD.
Ricci vs. Robertson
Tabatha Ricci, DEC
You never really know how some of these women will perform in these fights. Ricci comes in as the favorite, presumably because she’s just been more consistent. Robertson probably shouldn’t be a big underdog here; she’s got better wins on paper and arguably just as good a grappler as Ricci. While I can see Ricci just capitalizing on a bad Robertson performance, I think Robertson will be able to use her physicality and her wrestling to turn the odds in her favor. Got her by decision or possibly a late submission.
Zhumagulov vs. Van
Zhalgas Zhumagulov, DEC
Zhumagulov should get the win here. Better strength of schedule, far more experienced, better wrestler, etc… but his bad luck with judges makes me second guess picking him. His opponent comes in on short notice, high finish rate but hasn’t beat anyone that pops out off the page at you. Hesitantly gonna say ZZ gets the win by UD.
Peek vs. Mariscal
Trevor Peek, TKO, R1
Another pair of kill or be killed fighters. Pick ‘em fight on the betting odds. Trevor Peek is the A side, and I expect him to win here. His opponent has the better wins on his record, more experience, but is fighting up a weight class on short notice. On paper, Mariscal seems like the more dynamic finisher, but I think Peek’s size, power and aggression will carry the day against an opponent who will be happy to exchange with him. Peek by early TKO.
Emmers vs. Jenkins
Jack Jenkins, DEC
Interesting variables in this one: Emmers has the better record on paper, size advantage, more experience on the big stage, yet it’s hard to pick him having seen his questionable fight iq. Despite Jack Jenkins having less experience, he just seems like the more consistent guy. I can see Emmers performing well here, but I’m gonna say Jenkins will more than likely outpoint him to a decision win.
Taira vs. Rodrigues
Tatsuro Taira, DEC
Excellent flyweight battle. Taira on the verge of a top 15 fight with a win here. As dangerous as Kleydson is, there’s just too much in Taira’s favor to pick against him. Think Taira will weather some rough moments on the feet, but will eventually settle in and get his grappling going for a decision win.
Brundage vs. Dumas
Cody Brundage, SUB, R1
Two kill or be killed type fighters with questionable defense. Dumas’ aggression and physicality are the wildcard here, but I expect Brundage to weather an early storm. Think he gets it done via stoppage towards the end of the first or the beginning of the second.

I think this is a potential showcase fight for Barber. Good output from both even though both like to just punch the air a lot (especially Ribas). I'm gonna lean into Barber's size here I think. Ribas did great against Chook but she's realistically not a contender and I don't really think Arajuo is that good. Both ladies can grapple but Ill be intrigued to see if Ribas can have success there.
Barber has been making nice, subtle improvements fight to fight and Ribas is really a flyweight.
EDIT: ok, maybe not way closer, but it was also a close fight IMO.
