I'm actually ok with the draw

It's the Paddy fight that's shady as hell with Crosby scoring round 1 for Paddy

I would've made 10x what I made if Gordon got the nod even if Ankalaev got the win. I need to give even more of a "hometown advantage" to whoever the UFC wants to win in the future than I already do.

well, now it's clear why almost all the fights didn't go the distance. apparently, the fighters were warned that the judges are not ready to work tonight

Amett: many books have draw listed as an afterthough option, so no push, draw is a loss. This one in the main event which is bound to attract most betting moeny means everybody loses, except madmen that had money on draw somehow (and the books ofc). One could legitimately argue this way a factor why this was a draw, no matter what happened in the octagon.

Man screw Rogan.... desperately trying to spin the narrative, making it seem like Jan thought Ankalaev won when it's pretty clear Jan just meant that he wasn't happy at all with his own performance in the last two rounds, in his mind having given away the title in the championship rounds. And screw Ankalaev too for being a drama queen and flashing the "I'm not sure I'm going to fight for this organisation anymore" card over a draw in a fight that could have been score a 48-47 either way. And I actually had the fight 48-47 for Ankalaev.

That was the worst judging performance I’ve maybe ever seen first Gordon clearly wins 2 rounds arguably all 3 and loses and now a split draw? I can maybe understand one of the judges calling it a draw  even though I had Ankalaev taking rds 1,4, and 5 but calling the fight for Jan is obscene

I would give up a toe to have my books offer live draw bets like I've heard some of them used to a couple of years back.

I mean Ank clearly won round 1 and not sure what the judges were seeing there. If you want to give Blachowicz round 2, fine. He definitely won round 3, but Ank definitely won rounds 1, 4, and 5. Round 5 was a clear 10-8. Blachowicz was so beat up after that last round, he couldn't even recall if he won any of the rounds

Rogan legit did a "so you're saying that" when Jan clearly expressed his thoughts on it. He thought he lost OR drew. Was pretty clearly stated, Joe playing defense for the UFC.

All the money left on the board was on Ankalaev, all the parlays last leg. What a suprise the books found a way to minimize their loss in the end. Every week it’s the same ********. Ufc is rigged by the books. They can’t even control it which why they pay losing fighters like they won. They make up for it directly with the fighter while we the betting public gets screwed in every way imaginable every chance they get

Jan landed the most damaging shot in a left hook that put a mouse under Ankalaev's right eye. Also though he was outstruck his shots did on average have a little more oomph on them.
I think D'Amato if he was being honest, which I'm in no way convinced of, might have disregarded Ankalaev's body kicks as not very significant although clearly they were quite effective.
