and Dr, you should definitely supplement taekwondo with BJJ. I've been training grappling and mma for several years and it's so mich fun and a great workout. It would compliment the striking really well.

Congrats with the win! It was a great scrap and Clayton will get that contract. I don't think Chairez will get it though. Though I'm sure he will be on the UFC roster at some point.

Taekwondo is probably the worst base for MMA along with Karate.

Most of Renatos fights have been at welterweight lol. He's just a fat guy who doesnt want to cut weight. Pogues should over power him and he himself is a natural LHW.

Ryan hall's used a taekwondo-BJJ style very well against Elkins, was able to use taekwondo technique's without having to worry about getting taken down given his great BJJ!
