There are rumors going around that mcgregor will indeed be fighting on the December ppv. As will all Conor fight news, I don’t believe it for a second but thought I should share

Ufc legend Braxton smith is (somehow) back to competition September 9th. Fighting Carl seumanutafa in some regional show. No idea how he’s able to fight since he was suspended for 2 years due to a failed drug test

Gonzalo campos reported he heard a rumor a Spanish fighter was offered a dwcs contract but they turned it down. It is allegedly not alex topuria so no idea who it could’ve been

I announced a few weeks ago top flyweight prospect phumi nkuta would be returning on august 4th. He now has his fight booked; will be taking on fury fc vet Cleveland McLean. Since this is in Nashville and a day before ufc Nashville, I imagine ufc matchmakers will be present. Either way, I imagine this will be phumis last fight outside the ufc

Interesting news out of Russia 

The ceo of RCC promotion, Nikolai Klimenko has stated that former ksw champ and now 16-0-1 welterweight shamil musaev is about to sign with the ufc & finally has a visa. Musaev is coming off of a sub minute ko of ufc vet Alexey kunchenko. I think he would be a fantastic addition to the ufc. Great signing if true 

Boris medvedev is also working to get his visa
