Predictions: 8 of 12 Winners, 4 Perfect, 555 Points | Tied for 1308th
Jamahal Hill, TKO, R1
Hill is more defensively minded, Walker is too reckless and will leave himself open for something devastating. That being said, these odds are too lopsided and betting Walker at +200 or better is smart.
Porter vs. Baudot
Parker Porter, DEC
If Baudot was from another gym he wouldn't be signed to the ufc
Pearce vs. Rodriguez
Jonathan Pearce, DEC
So Rodriguez wins on DWCS, no contract, crushes one can, and he's in. What a farce
Clark vs. Egger
Jessica-Rose Clark, DEC
tenacity will make the difference

Johnny Walker, TKO, R3
Johnny Walker - Listen, I don't want Johnny Walker to win. Yes he's exciting, but I'm a sensitive ****: Hill and Crute's wholesome post fight antics make me want to buy Hill a pint and tell him he has a lovely jab for 40 minutes before he realises I'm probably mental and because that's never going to happen I'd like to wish his victory into existence. But again, it's the whole trope of this entire bloody card! Walker's size and sheer power and strength is too much to bet against. Walker has a boat load more experience in the fight game, he's super quick and he forces you to have to think about a million things before smacking you with something hard and highlight reel worthy. Walker has had a difficult last four fights and Jamahal Hill rebounded from his first career loss with a TKO less than a minute into the Crute fight. Unlike Thiago Santos, Hill doesn't have that mad capoiera kick of death that Johnny'll have to worry about clattering into his jaw, he should be much more comfortable offloading his offence in this bout. I think Johnny gets a finish too... come on Jamahal! **** up my parlay please! 🔴 60% (DEC 18% - FIN 42%) 🔵 40% (DEC 12% - FIN 28%)
Daukaus vs. Pickett
Kyle Daukaus, DEC
Kyle Daukaus - Jamie Pickett comes into most fights with a massive reach advantage yet wants to clinch **** for 15 minutes...??? Yeah, I don't get it either, he's got proper knockouts on his record too. Bizarre... Anyway, I can't see Pickett winning the clinch battle against Daukaus. I think Kyle take plenty of necessary positive risks on the feet as opposed to Pickett who seems allergic to using his reach. Jamie has a bad habit of playing things way too safe. He also quite clearly doesn't like getting hit. The one potential little faulty cog in the machine is Pickett is coming off his best UFC performance. He's taken this fight against Kyle on short notice. Kyle has fought some bastards and I think his style doesn't matchup well for Pickett. I think Jamie survives to his lack of risk-taking but this should be Kyle's all day. 🔴 60% (DEC 36% - FIN 24%) 🔵 40% (DEC 32% - FIN 8%)
Porter vs. Baudot
Parker Porter, DEC
Parker Porter - This underdog is no longer an underdog. This guy is amongst the most likable fellas in the UFC roster. Parker Porter is built like a man who would die about 90 seconds into a fight. The man actually has cardio for days, a great ground game, he's tough as **** and has legs the size of ******* trees. Alan Baudot, let's be honest, isn't UFC caliber. His last ******* win (the last fight before signing to the UFC) was one of those stupid ******* commission decisions where his opponent choked him out, then tested positive for the sweet leaf and then instead of having his victory overturned to a No Contest Alan ended up getting awarded the win. Total ******** lads! Anyway, I think Parker starts a little shaky, takes a few shots then gets Baudot's timing, takes him down against the cage and beats the belief out of Baudot. Baudot then demoralised ends up dropping the second and third rounds for a Porter DEC. 🔴 65% (DEC 33% - FIN 32%) 🔵 35% (DEC 6% - FIN 31%)
Miller vs. Motta
Jim Miller, SUB, R2
Jim ******' Miller - IIIIIIIIIIII am nervous about this one. Jim's an absolute legend. No one wants to see this guy lose. **** man, he wants to be at UFC 300, I want another A-10 title run. Nikolas Motta hits pretty ******* hard though, and he's got decent takedown defense. Jim's got a few nices little factoids on his side: he's got a great record against debutantes, 3 of Motta's 4 losses have come by decision, Jim's left had was a ******' BOMB in his last fight and Motta hasn't fought since his 2020 Contender Series bout. It feels a little risky but I think Jimbo's getting it done by RNC - maybe later rounds. 🔴 55% (DEC 19% - FIN 36%) 🔵 45% (DEC 18% - FIN 27%)
Buckley vs. Razak Alhassan
Joaquin Buckley, TKO, R2
Joaquin Buckley - Both lads hit hard. Both lads have been slept 'ARD (see Alhassan vs Khaos for details, he nearly died). I would probably argue that Alhassan hits harder but he's never won a fight that's left the first round. This is basic mathematics really - Joaquin survives longer than 5 minutes he wins. Buckley is very aggressive, he remains in your face throughout. AND he keeps this pace up for the whole 15 minutes! This one is pretty simple really - either both lads end it in the first, or Buckley ends it in the second or third. Buckley wins by TKO is where I see the safety net. 🔴 60% (DEC 24% - FIN 36%) 🔵 40% (DEC 8% - FIN 32%)
Pearce vs. Rodriguez
Jonathan Pearce, DEC
Jonathan Pearce - The story of this fight is one guy's a featherweight that's basically a lightweight and the other's a bantamweight that's taking this on very short notice. Rodriguez is a decent looking prospect, had a great showing on the Contender applying a ****load of pressure, forcing the fight on the feet with an impressive bit of takedown defence. Pearce however has clearly learned a lot since his debut loss to Joe Lauzon. His chin is a little suspect but he's got grit and is clearly a tough S.O.B. Pearce does get hit way more than necessary which could be a saving grace for Rodriguez but I think the safer option is Pearce by DEC or SUB. 🔴 65% (DEC 33% - FIN 32%) 🔵 35% (DEC 14% - FIN 21%)
Bautista vs. Perrin
Mario Bautista, TKO, R1
Mario Bautista - So the first fight of the card is one of four debutantes who are either coming in late or haven’t fought in a while. Jason Perrin is a bit ******* mad to be honest. He’s wild, patient but wild. He closes the distance with little regard for defence. Mario is ******’ slick on the feet, great head movement, he reads his opponent’s timing really well and has decent TDD. Bautista can be susceptible to a well timed jab but Perrin is a little reckless with his timing and choice of weapon. I think Bautista can stop this fight pretty ******’ quickly. Perrin might be able to get him down with a good shot but he’s not super fluid when advancing position so I can see Bautista getting up and turning it back into a technical trade-off. 🔴 70% (DEC 25% - FIN 45%) 🔵 30% (DEC 20% - FIN 10%)
Benítez vs. Onama
David Onama, TKO, R1
David Onama - A little while ago this man crushed my dreams by not only refusing to be finished by Mason Jones BUT actually pushing him to the point where Jones was seeing sparks. For those who don't know - Mason Jones is a Welsh prospect who feels no pain. THIS GUY nearly knocked him on his arse! Onama has power that given an opportunity will knock his opponent's block off. I like Benitez, he's a gamer, he wants it in the pocket, this is southpaw vs southpaw so be prepared for a festival of calf kicks (probably the plan, kick his lead leg, take away his cross). Onama's jab is insanely powerful, I think he gets this done and done early. 🔴 35% (DEC 25% - FIN 10%) 🔵 65% (DEC 20% - FIN 45%)
Clark vs. Egger
Stephanie Egger, DEC
Stephanie Egger - JRC has fight style I absolutely ******* hate to watch - 1) take down opponent 2) jump into guard 3) force head into opponents chest 4) occasionally hit them when the ref said you have to work. **** THIS STYLE. I hope Egger judoka's her to death. Strikes to the cage, body lock, trip, submission hunt. JRC's style only works against pure strikers with little to no understanding of wrestling or jiu jitsu fundamentals. Egger has an award winning background in Judo thus JRC has no choice but to actually fight her. I think Egger's improvements in the striking department are very impressive and she is going to give JRC too much work to do. I can't see a finish in this fight (maybe Egger by SUB??) so safest of them all is FGTD. 🔴 45% (DEC 36% - FIN 9%) 🔵 55% (DEC 41% - FIN 12%)
Skelly vs. Striegl
Chas Skelly, SUB, R3
Chas Skelly - Another close one, Striegl is pretty ******' good. But Skelly is one scrappy ******! Chas is going to do everything he can to turn this into a grapple-to-the-death match - and Striegl is 100% going to oblige him. The massive bit of skepticism I have here is that Chas hasn't fought since 2019. Striegl has an excellent ground game but struggles to keep up the pace the later the fight goes, particularly in the face of adversity. I think Chas wins by gas tank and pure ******* will for a SUB in the third. Looking forward to this absolute bastard of a fight. 🔴 55% (DEC 27% - FIN 28%) 🔵 45% (DEC 20% - FIN 25%)
Belbiţă vs. de Paula
Diana Belbiţă, DEC
Diana Belbita - De Paula has better footwork and better awareness of opponent during the fight. She also has a better ground game. The thing is Diana throws such an overwhelming volume of strikes AND she's got longer kicks that Gloria is going to have a rough time trying to close the distance on her. I think Gloria's game plan is likely going to be to take her down and drown her in jiu jitsu. I reckon this goes the distance and I think Diana is going to thwart 90% of Gloria's level changes. It is close though. 🔴 55% (DEC 33% - FIN 22%) 🔵 45% (DEC 31% - FIN 14%)
Strader vs. Anheliger
Jesse Strader, TKO, R1
Jesse Strader - Again, another similar story;a bantamweight fight between a featherweight and a flyweight, ******' brilliant (derp derp derp). Chad Anheliger is on one hell of a roll at the moment riding a 9 fight win streak. I genuinely put a lot of faith into momentum when it comes to making these predictions but the size and power difference between the two is hard to shake. Strader debuted on short notice against Montel Jackson and got TKO'd in less than 2 minutes. Chad as been stopped in all five of his losses (all submissions). I'm thinking a knock down to a guillotine or RNC for the underdog. 🔴 45% (DEC 18% - FIN 27%) 🔵 55% (DEC 11% - FIN 44%)
