spot on analysis of gordon, he doesn't like to get hit. bondar is going to hit him in the clinch and on the ground. from the tape he looks pretty aggressive

the more i dig in on bondar the more i like. Hes got 100% finishing rate on a 10 fight win streak. like damien said i can put my trust in the toughness of seasoned eastern european fighter against what i already have seen from gordon

Sean Strickland does that Philly Shell and throws that big volume with the lead hand with which he establishes distance control. He has an excellent defense and is impenetrable on counterattacks because he immediately prepares for a shoulder roll. He works under constant pressure and picks up his rhythm. It does not fail with blows and is less exposed to dangers for takedown. He does a great defense with a cross face, pummeling has a great positioning and understanding in clinch, which will be a very important link in this match and also has a great system of getting up - scrambles. Jack keeps his head pretty straight and is quite hittable his stand up is just a mask to get to takedown, most often he does jab-cross to put his opponent on the wire and get into takedown. He can take a lot of blows. I expect him to come in with a serial combination to get Strickland to do that shoulder roll and then go into single leg or ask for counter wrestling to try to duck under his hit and get in takedown. I think that Strickland has a quick reaction, he has that killer instinct and he will defend his every attempt to take takedown, keep his hands low, and that will serve to instantly put an underhook, and from the clinch I don't think he can do anything.

Strickland 3 RD KO / TKO

Some of y’all are underestimating Rowe’s ground game, he’s rolled with Jacare on a regular basis. Not to mention all his wins are finishes…

His BJJ sweeps are underrated, combined with the fact that he’s so long armed/has a reach advantage + Witt’s glass jaw  - Witt only wins by wrestle f@cking him, assuming he accepts bottom position. That’s not gonna happen. He’s gonna sweep him or chase subs , improving his position.

Does rolling with Jacare hold any weight?

I mean Jacare is past his prime and got Ko'd by Kevin holland FROM BOTTOM then subbed by Muniz.

Muniz is very good though.

Jacare has been washed.

Of course rolling with Jacare holds weight =)

His training will permit him to not lay there and accept bottom position, if Witt can even tip the legs of this tall individual.
I don’t think Jacare’s losses (at an older age) vs tough fighters takes away from the ground knowledge he can pass on to others

It’s the equivalent of saying ‘Ive been training with Mike Tyson, but now that he’s old his knowledge is pretty useless since he can’t win fights Vs younger guns at his age”

But, what do I know?
I’m just a smiling Pomeranian!

I mean Rowe will probably win he just needs to watch the takedowns. People might disagree but witt isn’t a terrible fighter, he just has one of the worst chins in the ufc

P.s chito vera is my favourite fighter, with Aldo and Luque being close, I don't really list fighters because I have lots of favourtes
