Alright folks,
As you might know I'm Tapology Boxing editor. I know the majority of you guys are here for MMA, so was I originally. But for the last year or 2 there is a little more interest in Boxing on the site.
So here's a place to talk boxing.

Yeah after round 8 I thought it was all Taylor, and he also picked up the 2nd & 7th. 3rd could've gone either way imo.

Ok I re-watched the fight and my score is now 112-114 Catterall (113-114 without the bs point deduction). Rounds 2-4 could go either way imo but I only gave the third to Taylor. Also I agree with you on Taylor winning round 7 and 9-12. Considering the point deduction, he'd have to have won all those rounds on my scorecard to win. Overall, not as dominant for Catterall as I remember and also way more dirty than I remember.

Yeah it was a dirty fight from the beginning. I think a lot of people, myself included, ended up giving Catterall a lot more rounds just because of how well he was doing in general. I saw it being a lot closer the next day.

Oh, you mean Josh Taylor from the United Kingdom! Yes, he's one of the best boxers to come out of Britain in recent times and is making the whole of the UK proud! He is from the Scottish part of the UK which is a shame but nobody's perfect and I'm glad he's been able to fight his way out of Scotland and really made a name for himself and put British boxing back on the map!
