If neither fights beforehand, Pantoja absolutely gonna get the next shot instead of Askarov. It'll sell more, particularly if they can travel to Texas to do it. And Pantoja has the Moreno connection (if Moreno wins his fight).

lol cmon, ain't no one selling the Askarov-Moreno draw. Pantoja and Moreno fought on TUF, early in their careers, and now for the belt. At each stage of their development. There's a storyline there, that doesn't exist for Askarov. We know from them trying to make Pantoja-Moreno 3 already that the matchmakers agree.
