Gotcha. Well this example and when you second guessed yourself after picking Poirier by KO (and only 1 round off I might add) then switched your pick to McGoober KO in RD 1 tell me you should trust your initial instincts more!

Luque is good, but pretty clearly a step down from who Woodley had been fighting. But, man, how could you pick Woodley? Has he landed a noteworthy punch in three fights? Has he thrown one? It almost looks like he's fixing fights, except he's taking so much damage. Maybe he's just really bad at it.

Nebraska original Anthony Smith stepping in to take on Jimmy Crute. That'll be a close fight in my opinion, Crute is a legit new breed and Smith, despite the win, has looked a bit flat his last few fights. But if he's still Lionheart I think he gets a finish here.

The fact that stipe is older and ngannou is still somewhat in his primes scares me, and the first fight ngannou was only 5 years into MMA, and now he is 8 years into MMA scares me as well he has improved a lot, but miocic beat him so easily the first time I can't not pick him.

Woodley vs. Luque

After watching a lot of tape on Vicente Luque, I already see since things Tyrone Woodley and his team will pick up. Luque has the tendency to move forward and not back too much when trading. His lead left hook is effective but I see that he over uses it. As the fight goes on it starts looking like a over hand left hook that can be easily countered. Luque has good cardio and sniper like darce choke. I am going to lean confidently still on Tyrone Woodley, simply for his resilience, power, explosiveness and accuracy even with trading hurricane punches. Tyrone has one of the highest (if not the highest) takedown percent defense in the UFC. He is a masterful wrestler as well. His recent losses were to Kamari Usman, which is understandable and 2 controversial unanimous decisión lossse
