Incredibly stacked card. A lot of guys who could fit in the UFC. ACB's lower weight classes are especially stacked for a sorta-regional promotion.

@Pillory I was really impressed with the half or so of the most recent ACB I watched. There were some very high level fights. I would actually rate it above most Bellator and UFC cards. And the best part is the quick turnaround of bouts....it's great.

One Fight ends, another begins. Simple. No preamble. No commercial after commercial after commercial or other ******** minifilm promoting another card that isn't happening for months. Just fighting with some good colour commentary. I really thought Mir would be terrible at calling fights but he really surprised me, his technical breakdown of what was happening in the moment was on point, not over the top, wasn't a distraction and was very educational.

I'm definitely sold. Will be tuning in for more. I was pretty pissed I got called away, would have loved to have seen the upper tier of the show.

And yet no one made a peep when they watched the **** show that was Mickey Gall squashing CM Punk. Nor did anyone complain when Kimbo went on TUF 10. The UFC isn't above putting on freak show fights, you double standards having whiner. Stop pretending like RIZIN doesn't put on competitive fights.

lol comparing CM Punk vs Gall to Garcia vs an elderly pro wrestler is absurd. The latter is an entirely greater order of abomination. It's like saying 'ebola is pedestrian because people get the flu'.

Not sure what's next for Rizin. Perhaps Rin Nakai vs a pickelhuabe-wearing manatee that has been rubbed down with a UHU stick and plastered over with glitter and pubes shorn from that patch of fur on Badr Hari's Back?

Or maybe they just get their quasi-tame shaven Amazonian meat ape to fight the first ten seats of the front row while live crabs rain from the ceiling?

Your right. At least Yumiko Hotta actually fought MMA prior to being fed to Gabi Garcia unlike CM Punk. My point is that UFC loyalists seem to have this cognitive dissonance of calling the UFC the "gold standard" and never ever going into campy squash fights even though they have on numerous occasions. However will hyperfocus all their attention onto the few that a company like RIZIN do just to smear them and ignore the competitive fights they do put on. Be consistent.

The UFC is also pretty **** most of the time too.However it has not plumbed the depths of ******ness that Rizin routinely descends to.

Just because I say Rizin is **** it does not logically follow that I am insinuating that the UFC is also never ****, or defending that promotion.
