Griffy, I've actually seen a lot of American MMA posters with the ring girls heavily exposed, sometimes over the fighters. I don't remember any trailers, but I then again I never watch them unless it's those that I embed here, so mostly Russian, Polish, Croatian etc.

I know this paints a pretty picture for those who have not seen South Park but it is a great show LOL.
Also there is a documentary on Netflix, I wish I remembered what it was called showing the corruption of the Film industry rating agency.
