Peek vs. Campbell
Trevor Peek, TKO, R1
Two savage KO artists. Campbell is more technical and faster, while Peek is the more durable and a better wrestler. I have to go with Peek, simply because in a battle between KO artists, I'm more willing to trust the guy who has never been KO'd, has wrestling in his back pocket, and has a knack for coming back from being hurt. Campbell has the range striking to make this his fight, but Peek just doesn't stop coming, and I don't think that bodes well for a guy who's biggest KO loss came after badly hurting his opponent. Chepe exploited a lot of holes in Peek's game, but I don't see Campbell having the style to replicate that. Peek by KO after getting roughed up.

Fun fact, Chris Curtis is 3-0 against kill cliff fighters and Allen is 1-2 against Xtreme Couture

Doesn’t mean much but funny considering the coaches are familiar with one another and this is a rematch. Makes you wonder how they will game plan for one another. Curtis is gonna do what he always does but I wonder if Allen is gonna come in wrestle heavy or keep striking like he has been

Dumont and Morono have to be locks right? McGee is 39 and has been KO'ed in the 1st round two fights in a row now (once by old ass Matt Brown). De Randamie will be 40 in 3 weeks and is coming off of a 3 and a half year layoff, so I expect her to look like a shell of her former self. On top of that, Dumont and Morono are both solid vets that you can trust against lower level/washed up competition. Those are probably my only locks on this whole card

I'm pulling for Allen, but this matchup just scares me man. Curtis is a tough stylistic matchup for him. Allen has improved so much since their last fight though, and Curtis is starting to get up there in age, so hopefully that's enough to get him by this time.

All these Apex card are the same to me ngl, it’s kinda like going to McDonald’s and ordering a Big Mac, You know what you’re getting.

UFC puts minimal effort into these card and still usually get good viewership, not a bad business plan

Dumont vs. de Randamie
Norma Dumont, DEC
Coming back from a pregnancy back to fighting is a terrible idea. Last victim was Julia Avila (vs. Miesha Tate). Don't get me wrong I'm not comparing Avila and GDR (just the same situation) but I see GDR imaging that she'll just hop back where she left off. However the sport isn't waiting for anyone. Now she's 40 with a 3,5 year lay off. Definetly gonna be fading her. I could for sure be wrong, GDR used to be elite, her striking & that whole KB background would be a concerning for your opponent whatever you're coming back from a lay off or not. I just can't trust someone who I haven't seen in a long time. Durmont gonna wrestle her out, winning a 29-28 in my eyes. Ring rust on GDR gonna be crazy.

Peek vs. Campbell
Charlie Campbell, TKO, R2
Campbell has Peek covered in the boxing and will enjoy some physical advantage - he should win this fight but we've already seen his chin fail him in his loss on DWCS. This is gonna be a brawl for as long as it lasts and we've seen Peek go through a lot more adversity and not quit. Peek's heart might make up for his lack of skill yet again

Idk, I thought about this comparison, but Avila with Randamie is not a good comparison, I think Randamie can win this fight...
