Brandon Moreno, SUB, R2
Should be a fun fight as long as it lasts. I expect Moreno to show Royval that they aren't on the same level.
Rodriguez vs. Ortega II
Yair Rodriguez, TKO, R3
Rodriguez should put on show against Ortega, but Ortega is also as tough as they come.
Zellhuber vs. Prado
Daniel Zellhuber, DEC
Zellhuber most probably points his way to a decision.
Rosas Jr. vs. Turcios
Raul Rosas Jr., SUB, R2
An appropriate step up in competition for Rosas Jr. who should be ready. Expect Turcious to fight like he does, if Rosas can get his grappling off and not blow his wad he should be fine
Jauregui vs. Hughes
Yazmin Jauregui, DEC
Should be easy for Yazmin to go to work for three rounds against the nail that is Sam Hughes.
Torres vs. Duncan
Manuel Torres, TKO, R2
Torres should piece up Duncan. Low confidence
Quiñonez vs. Barcelos
Cristian Quiñonez, DEC
Youth I guess? plus dog money...
Cháirez vs. Lacerda
Edgar Cháirez, SUB, R1
It already happened lol
Puelles vs. Ziam
Claudio Puelles, SUB, R2
Hopefully Puelles' bottom is all healed from his Hooker loss and he's ready to pull guard into a submission this time.
Rodríguez vs. Bondar
Luis Rodríguez, DEC
No idea who Rodriguez is but viva mexico
Altamirano vs. dos Santos
Felipe dos Santos, DEC
Unimpressed by Altamirano outside of the speed of his head kick. Dos Santos should be able to ride this to a dec.
Naimov vs. Silva
Muhammad Naimov, TKO, R1
Naimov shouldn't have to cheat this one... first rounder

Predictions: 5 of 5 Winners, 2 Perfect, 315 Points | Tied for 4827th
Edgar Cháirez, SUB, R2
Lacerda is the much more skilled guy but problem is he has no cardio and he's fighting at altitude. I'm actually pretty confident he can win round 1 if he picks his shots and wrestles because Chairez is mid-level at best. Just like any other Lacerda fight though I can see him getting tired and either getting finished by GNP or submission.
Puelles vs. Ziam
Fares Ziam, DEC
Binary fight. Puelles has nothing bar leg attacks on the mat. On the feet he will spam body kicks from southpaw and his takedown entries (Mainly single leg) seem to be slow. Ziam is very technical boxer, great jab/check left hook counter. Don't know how his tools transition against a southpaw but I think it's a matter of keeping range and he will be fine. My worry with Ziam is his cardio is a bit of a concern and likes to clinch in the later rounds, which would be a horrible idea here. Don't know if Ziam finishes him because Puelles will try and entice a ground game however Ziam 2/3 KO or Puelles 2/3 sub could be interesting props.
Rodríguez vs. Bondar
Luis Rodríguez, DEC
Don't know if I could get to a bet here. Rodriguez on the regionals looks completely different to DWCS in that his low volume and everything is to set up the left hand. Positives are his a very good athlete and has a great flying knee while negatives are his low volume and more a counter striker. I'm a bit iffy about his cardio dropping down a weight division, especially if Bondar comes to wrestle. Bondar looked okay against Hernandez last fight (Who is mid level at best) but showboated a bit and was always a bit behind on the scorecards before he got finished. I'll pick Lazy Boy because I imagine the UFC are trying to push him with a win in Mexico but little confidence.
Altamirano vs. dos Santos
Felipe dos Santos, DEC
I'll pick Dos Santos here but I was expecting this to be more a pick-em fight. Dos Santos looked great last fight (in a loss) against Kape but the more you break it down he looked great because he brought the fight and his chin was iron. He still looks a bit green to me, especially on the ground but comes in good shape and will fight for your money. The big thing I love about Dos Santos is that teep kick and uses the jab very well. Altimarano is a tricky guy to fight and has an awkward style but can be quite hard to find on the feet and will try to wrestle (Wrestling is not that good though). I think Dos Santos is the more dangerous fighter but fun fight.
Naimov vs. Silva
Muhammad Naimov, DEC
Besides some flashy spinning attack from Silva catching Naimov I think Naimov wins this. Naimov's chin is a bit suspect but I like his wrestling and control on the mat and think that should be the tactics here. Silva has a fair few RNC's on his resume but his BJJ from the bottom is concerning. He also death-gassed against TJ Brown with all his explosive actions so add elevation into the mix and I think he's in trouble. Gone Naimov Dec but Rounds 2/3 and FNGD could also appeal.

Felipe dos Santos, SUB, R2
Victor Altamirano has poor striking defense, the dude allowed Vinicius Salvador to have satisfactory success in the stand up. Chin may be a bit suspect, not fantastic at grappling. Dos Santos has proven to be a brawler at the highest level.

Brandon Moreno, DEC
love royval but i sadly feel like moreno is better everywhere.
Rodriguez vs. Ortega II
Yair Rodriguez, DEC
yair is gonna land kicks all night and i dont think ortega will get it to the ground. i'm going with decision but i wouldn't be surprised if yair finishes him.
Torres vs. Duncan
Chris Duncan, TKO, R3
absolute banger of a fight. i wouldn't be surprised if i get this one wrong.
Altamirano vs. dos Santos
Felipe dos Santos, DEC
again, absolute classic on paper, and another one that i wouldn't be surprised with if i'm wrong.

Felipe dos Santos, DEC
Dos Santos is a solid, young prospect. He went to WAR with Kape on short notice and gave him all he could handle. He's tough as **** and pressures relentlessly on the feet, constantly throwing and mixing it up. He also has a decent ground game, constantly threatening with subs if you take it there. Be careful with this one though. Altamirano likes to wrestle, and if Dos Santos gets too comfortable throwing up submissions from his back we could see an upset. Ultimately I'm siding with the more talented guy here though and trusting he gets it done.

taking younger fighter. Barcelos is a very good skilled striker and grappler, but looked kinda slow in last fights. Quinonez should be able to react faster on any dangers coming his way
