Also no women Battamweight, all the talent in WMMA is at 115 and 125. I think women 135lb is the only bad division in the UFC

I don’t mind unranked heavyweight or even heavyweight fights In general unless they go to decision because quick KO ain’t boring, don’t like heavyweight decisions fights in general

Predictions: 8 of 12 Winners, 1 Perfect, 440 Points   |   Tied for 3793rd

Torres vs. Duncan
Manuel Torres, TKO, R3
Duncan wasn't able to completely dominate a one-armed man last time out. This time he's gonna be running from two arms and 1.5 inches in reach.

Rodríguez vs. Bondar
Luis Rodríguez, TKO, R3
Rodriguez should be an exciting debut with the crowd behind him.

Zellhuber vs. Prado
Daniel Zellhuber, SUB, R3
Riding with the home team here. Again, slightly more UFC experience, and more experience going to full rounds overall. I think Prado gets extended and finished here.

Quiñonez vs. Barcelos
Raoni Barcelos, DEC
Barcelos has been more active and has been in the UFC. Many people even think he won his last fight against Kyler Phillips.

Very smart that ufc only has LW and lighter divisions on this card. 5 of the 13 so far are Flyweight. At this altitude I think they learned their lesson from last time.

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 9 of 12 Winners, 4 Perfect, 605 Points   |   Tied for 1128th

Moreno vs. Royval II
Brandon Moreno, DEC
Moreno is on a descent from his prime physically, but is improving in other aspects such as skill and poise. Royval is in his prime, but a fairly one-dimensional fighter who either needs to weaponize pace or secure a submission to get the win. The pick is Moreno because he is the more well-rounded fighter.

Rodriguez vs. Ortega II
Brian Ortega, SUB, R2
When I picture this fight in my head, I see a war of attrition. Even though Ortega is the better grappler and Yair is the better striker, both of these fighters are good everywhere. I think this fight will come down to who digs the deepest. And in that kind of fight, I favor Ortega.

Jauregui vs. Hughes
Sam Hughes, DEC
Jauregui is one hell of an offensive striker. But she has serious flaws defensively in both the striking and wrestling. I am picking Hughes to pull the upset here by just putting out an insane amount of output and overwhelming Yazmin.

Torres vs. Duncan
Manuel Torres, TKO, R1
Clear moment-winner in Torres vs clear minute-winner in Duncan. Siding with the moment-winner here in Torres based on Duncan's historical durability issues.

Rosas Jr. vs. Turcios
Raul Rosas Jr., SUB, R2
Don't let the fact that Rosas lost to Crod, distract you from the fact that he is a 19 year old blue chip prospect. Also he really held his own in that fight. Turcios is a game fighter, I just don't think he has the skill to beat someone like Rosas.

Zellhuber vs. Prado
Daniel Zellhuber, DEC
I can't count Prado out completely because he is a durable tank with good power. But the size and skill discrepancy in favor of Zellhuber in this matchup is real.

Cháirez vs. Lacerda
Daniel Lacerda, TKO, R2
Lets address the controversy firstly, I don't think Chairez had anything with that standing arm-in Guillotine in their first fight. I also take more positives from that fight for the side of Lacerda, as he was actually calm and controlling his energy in that fight. That is why I am picking Lacerda here to get the upset. I beleive he is more talented of a fighter when he can pace himself properly in a fight and not death gas.

Altamirano vs. dos Santos
Felipe dos Santos, DEC
I like Altamirano, I think he is fine. But the way Dos Santos held his own in his last fight against Manel Kape on short notice like that is making me very compelled to pick him in this matchup.

Aguilar vs. Mendonça
Jesus Aguilar, TKO, R2
Mendonca already had cardio issues at BW. so I don't think cutting 10 or more extra pounds to flyweight will help him. Plus, Aguilar is a come forward, never stop, never get tired type fighter. I think this is just a bad matchup for Mendonca.

Rodríguez vs. Bondar
Denys Bondar, DEC
Both of these guys have not impressed me. I am going with Bondar here just because he has never lost to Jerome Rivera before.

Naimov vs. Silva
Muhammad Naimov, TKO, R1
This is an extremely one-sided fight. Naimov should and likely will run right through Silva.

Quiñonez vs. Barcelos
Raoni Barcelos, DEC
I like the fighting spirit that Quinonez brings to the octagon, but he is outmatched everywhere the fight goes here.

Puelles vs. Ziam
Claudio Puelles, SUB, R1
Yes, Puelles got his ass kicked by Dan Hooker, but how was he supposed to know Dan Hooker has such flexible joints. He did actually get Hooker in some precarious positions in that fight, but Puelles' lack of well-roundedness and Hooker's freakishly flexible joints proved to be a problem. But something tells me that Puelles taking over a year off and training with the PFL FW champion Jesus Pineda will benefit him.

Rosas Jr. vs. Turcios
Raul Rosas Jr., SUB, R1
not impressed with turcios at all.

Zellhuber vs. Prado
Francisco Prado, DEC
i haven't been impressed with zellhuber in the UFC. it doesn't seems like he has noticeably improved in the last 5 years. Zellhuber likes to fight technical and slick at range but he's very hittable. And he isn't good at dedicating the pace and is not good at keeping his opponent out of the fight when he has the lead. Meanwhile i'm very impressed with Prado's last performance against ottoman, he has serious potential at only 21. I think he's going to land the better strikes throughout the fight

I haven't made my pick yet but I think Ortega has a decent chance at winning here despite almost everyone picking Yair. I think Ortega could survive the big shots and find a submission especially if the fight goes late. I've been watching his fights and he really had a strategy of waiting and bouncing around for two rounds then shooting for takedowns and submissions in the third. I still might pick Yair though lol

Predictions: 8 of 12 Winners, 3 Perfect, 490 Points   |   Tied for 3040th

Moreno vs. Royval II
Brandon Moreno, SUB, R4
Moreno is the best flyweight in the world outside of Alexandre Pantoja. I severely doubt he loses this, especially since Royval isn't getting a full camp.

Rodriguez vs. Ortega II
Yair Rodriguez, TKO, R2
Ortega's last win is over three ******* years ago. I have said enough

Jauregui vs. Hughes
Yazmin Jauregui, DEC
This fight should be Jauregui's to win

Torres vs. Duncan
Manuel Torres, TKO, R2
Took everything Duncan had to even get past the Contender Series so considering how Torres has seemingly much more momentum I got him

Rosas Jr. vs. Turcios
Raul Rosas Jr., SUB, R2
In the Tazmanian Devil we trust

Zellhuber vs. Prado
Daniel Zellhuber, TKO, R2
Xtreme Couture W

Cháirez vs. Lacerda
Edgar Cháirez, TKO, R1
Get this **** out of my face bruv.

Altamirano vs. dos Santos
Felipe dos Santos, DEC
Dos Santos was able to keep up extremely well with Kape, who's a certified killer. I expect him to face a Diego Lopes type of situation

Aguilar vs. Mendonça
Jesus Aguilar, DEC
A loss to Taira is by no means a bad loss, that dude's a killer. I can jump onto the Aguilar train for this one.

Rodríguez vs. Bondar
Luis Rodríguez, DEC
Bondar is a B-league can crusher that was exposed the moment he jumped to the UFC. If Luis turns out to also suck then maybe, but unlikely.

Naimov vs. Silva
Muhammad Naimov, DEC
-ov surname detected

Quiñonez vs. Barcelos
Cristian Quiñonez, TKO, R2
Jeez they really want to push Quinonez huh

Puelles vs. Ziam
Claudio Puelles, DEC
I'm willing to bet on Puelles here because he's got a decent ground game and he would've probably subbed anyone that wasn't Dan Hooker

Moreno vs. Royval II
Brandon Moreno, SUB, R2
mauling from moreno as much as i love royval moreno is gonna be the aggressor land takedowns when royval goes to scramble brandon finds the rear naked choke

Rodriguez vs. Ortega II
Yair Rodriguez, DEC
close moments from both with Yair having the better moments

Jauregui vs. Hughes
Yazmin Jauregui, DEC
masterclass from Yazmin

Torres vs. Duncan
Manuel Torres, TKO, R1
easy work for Torres Duncan is very chinny

Rosas Jr. vs. Turcios
Raul Rosas Jr., DEC
at least Raul tries to do damage ricky is a point fightwr who doesn’t even land strikes

Zellhuber vs. Prado
Daniel Zellhuber, DEC
Prado is going to get his ass beat here but he’s young and i think he’s got a chin so he should hold through for 15 mimutes

Cháirez vs. Lacerda
Edgar Cháirez, TKO, R1
Mexico has a talent here exciting fighter and pretty skilled as well

Altamirano vs. dos Santos
Felipe dos Santos, SUB, R2
Felipe really held his own against Kape Victor has some weird striking with good cardio i think Felipe has him beat everywhere and eventually cracks him and rear naked chokes him

Aguilar vs. Mendonça
Jesus Aguilar, SUB, R1
mendonca at flyweight sounds like a terrible weight cut Jesus explodes on him with a big strike and guillotines him

I think considering that Moreno is 0-3 against Pantoja right now he will definitely fight one more time before getting another title shot, except neither Kape nor Albazi would be available for UFC 301.
