Moicano vs dober on this card. Should be the main event over imavov & dolidze in my opinion

It absolutely should be the main event. So hyped for this fight.

I love both fighters but my boy moicano knows what to do against Dober. That crimson chin will not help Dober against a RnC. 💪

MOICANO WANTS THAT MONEY !!

I mean TKZ still had a lot in the tank plus that was 4 years ago at 145. Moicano doesn’t have the best chin but he was so drained when fighting at 145. Dobers grappling is pretty bad too, if moicano gets the back it’s over

Whoever gets going first wins. It could also look like Dariush/Dober, Drew hurts Renato a couple of times before getting subbed.

I'll probably bet on Gomis + Khizriev at least. I'd like to add Maksum but he couldn't defend a leg kick to save his life in his last fight. Not looking like the prospect that he was hyped up as.

Moicano will sit there backing up throwing leg kicks R1 like he did against Kattar and Dober gonna chincheck him.

Moicano has trash takedowns

He doesn’t need a takedown, just needs a scramble to get the back. Striking gap not as wide as you think either. Moicano is rangy and has a good jab & solid Muay Thai skills. Obviously I favor dober because of power but moicano can have success on the feet; dober isn’t some untouchable god standing, he gets tagged a lot and his chin is definitely declining. Moicano’s striking is underrated, he beat kattar standing, dropped cub Swanson, was ahead of fiziev before the stoppage, and beat Hernandez & riddell standing before getting the back and subbing them

Don't sleep on Maksum. His debut was against a top 25 FW who is a dangerous KO threat for the division. Namm has excellent TDD so when the time comes for Maksum to show off his wrestling you may have a change of heart.

Magmomed Ankalaev struggled with Jan's calve kicks but he's still one of the best. Every attack & defense has levels

Ankalaev is a good fighter but I wouldn't say he's great, low fight IQ sometimes as he waited until round 4/5 to wrestle Jan and almost got himself DQ'd against Walker. I told my friends not to parlay him at ufc 294.

But I do think he beats Walker next month, he was in full control before that knee.

You’re missing my point. Azat absorbing some calve kicks in his debut against a top 25 FW doesn’t make him any less of a solid prospect, and it certainly doesn’t make him a fraud

Kattar just couldn't close the distance, everytime he went to get in his wide boxing stance Moicano just kicked his leg.
Dober has much more of a Muay Thai stance standing straight up, obviously you know this I'm not telling you nothing new.

Also saying for sure Moicano was up R1 against Fiviez is not true, that was a pretty damn close round where the heaviest shots before the KO was Fiviez's leg kicks: Moicano's best weapon early was a peppering jab.

Rewatch the fiziev fight, he was having his moments. Maybe winning the round was a stretch but he won the first 2 or so minutes before fiziev found his range and slept him with the combo. I distinctly remember him landing a few powerful shots to the head

And I wasn’t using the kattar fight as a means to why he beats dober, I’m just pointing out he has proven that he has the skills to outpoint better strikers than him. Dober has insane power but he is reliant on getting his opponents to the cage and landing a bomb. He gets hit all the time & despite having an iron chin is susceptible to being dropped. I’m not saying moicano is going to drop him or even hurt him but it’s not like he isn’t going to have his moments on the feet. He’s got a size advantage and knows how to use it

I have about 3 times now.

You telling me those body kicks and legs kick didn't do the most damage in that round? Moicano just was peppering him doing no damage with that jab, I get what you mean. Moicano's jab was just to keep Fiviez's pressure back while occupying the empty space between them so he couldn't blitz in like he did, it was not to inflict maximum damage.

But the strike totals were

Moicano-
Head:12 sig strikes
Body: 2
Legs:1

Fiviez-
Head:3
Body:7
Legs:7
(That's not counting the 1 body hook and the 1 or 2 hooks to the head that Ko'd Moicano.)

All of Moicano's sig strikes were peppering jabs doing pretty much to 0 damage. Fiviez was lighting up the body and legs early with hooks to the body and face inbetween

Dober has been declining a lot. If Moicano is 100% healthy, he should find his way to sub Drew in this fight.

You just talking to talk, he's won 4 out of his last 5 and was caught by Frevola.

What even makes you think that? 😂 like obviously he 35, but to say he's declined in a way that's visibly noticeable is a lie.

Moicaino is way better grappler then anyone that Dober beat, it not even high praise for Money Moicano because Alex Hernandez is best grappler Dober beat
