Shinryu has been fighting pro since age 16 seems to be a grappler but Horiguchi is pretty high level now training at ATT as well I don't expect him to lose to non super elite guys till he ages out

This is such an amazing moment for Japanese MMA. The passing of the torch......almost....this matchup is such an interesting one. Makoto has been all over social media asking for this fight and he got it, becareful what you wish for. Kyoji at this point in his career won't be losing to anyone not elite. His movement is such a problem for grapplers who can't get an advantageous position fast. Makoto might have some success early ,but I don't see it leading anywhere substantial. I still hope we get to see Takahashi in the UFC after his Bellator run.

If Andrey beats Larkins, I would love to see him challenge Amasov for WW title, and no doubt there's gonna be a real grudge between those 2, as Amasov obviously is a Ukrainian and even server in Army, meanwhile Andrey has indirectly supported the war appearing in a video uplaoded by Shlemenko

I can’t believe this is a fight

Shinryu is a phenom and only looks better each fight, however I think this is too much too soon. While I no doubt see Shinryu being at this level in the future, it’s a big step up to go from regional guys to an elite flyweight. Shinryus grappling is awesome and I suppose he could backpack kyoji, but that’s not as easy to do as it sounds. It’s also not shinryus style, as he will jump the gun doing crazy subs. He should make this competitive tho because the kid is a phenom but I think this is too soon

Even tho both are really boring I think we could get some good scrambles out of this one. Magomedov seems scary but he’s actually pretty beatable, it’s just easier said than done. I think sabatello, as boring as he is, is without a doubt one of the best wrestlers in mma. His chain wrestling is off the charts, if he gets ahold of you he doesn’t let go

Patricky is solid but not amazing. I'm always amazed at AJ's athletic striking and crazy grappling skills.
Sabatello vs. Magomedov

Magomed is really fun and more well rounded so I hope he wins, but Sabatello is just so good with wrestling. He also looked better than ever against a hot prospect in Breno in his last fight, even finding the finish.
