It's nice when matchmakers put up some good matchups with fighters outside the Top 15 instead of having the same fighters constantly face off against opponents with fighting styles that he finds difficult.
Of course the principle of how ranking advancement works: but I think it's more fun for fans to see 2 fun strikers or 2 dynamic grapplers go head to head with each other rather than a kickboxer vs. a grappler with 0 striking offense or defense or a wrestler vs. zero TDD striker repetitively.
