IGNORE PROPS. Although Heiderman has more XP, see value in Brady based on his striking. Heiderman has taken some good shots but appears to be a bit chinny. Assuming that training with Daukaus and the other Philly guys (i.e Petroski, Pyfer) shows his ground game prowress, he should have a path to victory especially if the fight stays standing. Going with the dog at 3.40.
