There's tons of good fighters on this list and yes the bar to be a good HW is quite low.
I have a terrible spot memory for these things but there's so many unecessary cuts. Kevin Lee was cut, still in his prime. Bibulatov got 1 fight or something?
I know why they're doing it, they're trying to optimize profits. But the point made was that if the UFC were willing to pay for it they needn't have ****-tier Apex events.
They're paying a cost anyway, in lowered quality. It's up to their marketing to decide which cost is greater, I have no idea really.
I just know the Apex cards specifically are pretty bad.
