How is Irwin free and allowed to fight after stabbing his sisters?

He was found not guilty by way of insanity. I think he’s allowed out but only under supervision from a family member. Doesnt seem smart for him to keep fighting but oh well

Basically he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and was off his meds when he attacked his sisters. Kinda sad actually. I don't think he should be completely shunned out of the MMA community but he probably shouldn't be fighting either.

Cain doesn't have a diagnosed mental illness (to my knowledge) Rivera does.

hahahaha ok. Mental illness or a copout. I know a few bipolar people who skipped their meds and didn't kill their family members. this is why society sucks these days. ******s give clearly ****** humans a pass. Dude tried to take a life and is free to go about his because he didn't take a pill? ****s ******** and just going to keep happening more and more as long as people keep getting the free cop out of mental health. Enablers

Basically all we need is some paid doctor to put Cain on some meds and say he's bipolar. Then he should be free to go right? same attempted murder charge right? so if we find out he didn't take a pill it should all be thrown out?

you "mental illness" enablers have ruined the place.

I’m sure there’s something more to it than “oh he just didn’t take his meds” you don’t get out of jail scot free for stabbing someone

Correct. Same as I believe that 90% of the rest of the people who use the term are just doing so because its a free cop out. Even more of a free copout these days cause you morons give attention to any attention seeker that mumbles the term mental illness.

Bipolar didn't even exist until 1980. Before that it was just Manic depression which was used for nearly every "mental illness" until then.

I think insane asylums should still exist to stop ******** like this. At least back then if you beat a case by ruling of insanity you would go there instead of prison.

now you're just free to go do as you please after being ruled insane... in what world does that make sense.

I'm no mental health expert but I've heard of some messed up **** going down in those old insane asylums. I reckon you wouldn't be saying this is you had ever been to one. For the record though I don't think Rivera's should be taking anymore blows to the head either.

again thats the problem..... you're more worried about messed up things happening to them than you are them out free doing messed up things..... that will never add up to me. People like that are why the Child Molester is free to roam and Cain is locked up.

But hey just let Mr. C**** claim that he's off his meds and that made him diddle children. Then he should be able to go free right.

Were going in circles here. My point is that if you take the time to actually help the mentally ill person instead of putting him in a crazy person box you consequently help his or her potential victims.

If someone is proven to have committed a violent crime, they shouldn't be allowed to fight anymore and they also shouldn't be trained anymore either. Why are people coaching people like rivera and greg hardy to be more effectively violent?

Also if your clinically diagnosed with something and you are required medication to keep it under control.... you should be criminally charged if you stop taking that medicine and commit crimes. Not set free for doing the opposite of what you're supposed to do.

Treat mental illness all you want that's awesome. But don't give them a free pass when they decided to stop the treatment go off the rails.

Same here. That’s the whole reason I was shocked khabib even signed the guy. He clearly doesn’t need to fight professionally, especially since he’s shown violent tendencies
