UFC gets paid by ESPN $150 million up front to run a certain number of events per calendar year, so the UFC is just throwing anything they can at the wall to make a card happen lol
I think it was last year that Dana even bragged about it and how easy it was to hit the mark. And remember with them using the APEX for so many cards, they keep saving a **** ton of money too
