I think you rather a Luque vs Jackson or Michel Pereira vs Jackson fight , Covington has pillow hands and is a wrestler so most likely he just submits Jackson in under a minute, I think you want to see a Luque just sleep him, Or Pereira sleep him with a stupid meme move, 

I'm personally leaning for the Pereira fight, Also Kevin Holland vs Jackson would be funny also
