It’s sad watching how timid almeida is now. Lowering your offence doesn’t improve your defence. He was a sitting duck in there because he doesn’t believe in himself anymore. It’s not a skill thing he has plenty of that. He needs to just hang them up or decide he doesn’t care about taking a few to land a few like old almeida. Maybe he needs to just fight a few cans to get that self belief back.

I don't really see O'Malley get to the belt or even T5. I think he's going to get figured out really quick, and a good wrestler will toy with him. Dude also needs to condition his legs for MMA, the leg kicks affect him despite his best attempts at keeping good composure.

His striking is elite, but there's always gonna be durability questions. Even when he was landing the kicks, I felt like he was hurting himself. Elite fighters are gonna destroy his legs.

Some others have already pointed it out, but Woodley's body doesn't look right. He honestly looks like when a juiced up Pride fighter came over to the UFC. It's like somebody turned his font from bold to regular.

Woodley probably doesn't understand how to eat soup without burning his hand, but I do feel he's being unduly written off here. Luque eats a lot of shots, Woodley hits very hand when he can find a home for it, and is the decidedly better wrestler. He's not getting subbed either. Not going to be surprised with a Woodley KO/TKO win here. That said I'm assuming a luque decision.
