I used to be a pack a day kind of person but I managed to quit in time. I've had quite a few co-workers over the years who were also smoking at least a pack a day and they had all sorts of health problems. Like constantly calling out sick from work or coming into work with issues on a weekly basis. Just seemed like a neverending cycle, they were so miserable. I think they all tried to quit at some point, and the longest one girl got was only like 3 months before she went back to it. Terrible addiction.

Honesly, if you happy that all that matter, I used to be 58kg while being 5 foot 9, uses to do a few shots per nights, that was the most miserable time of my life, the reason why I work out and don’t drink out everyday because it make me happy, Gyming is my favourite thing to do

Nah there was a year and a half long gap between Yan and Makhachev’s title reigns. Only other Russian champ than those two was Khabib.

Hospital text messages.

First the incorrect message that the recipient has cancer, then the correction, apology and Christmas greetings.

And so whoever is likely to die with lung cancer probably got a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

Former UFC fighter Abdul-Kerim Edilov died today at age 31. Was a big prospect but only had 1 UFC fight

Seems to have fallen out of favor of Ramzan Kadyrov for whatever reason and this is a suspected reason right now. If it is we will probably never know how he actually died. Falling from hotel window and such

I’m out

It was fun while it lasted but I gotta hit the road from here on. This website has taken up too much of my personal time that could be better spent elsewhere. Some of you have been real decent to me and I appreciate it. Others have been really obnoxious. To the former: thank you. To the latter: I hope your bedroom ceiling falls on you in your sleep you meatspinning cuck meisters. My respect and condolences to Gregory and the admin for keeping you ******s sedated until Fishrat comes swooping in from the void so you can suck on his passive aggressive teets.
