Adesanya seems like he is between Jon Jones and Anderson Silva. Time will tell if he can rise to the level of either.

No finish, but that's definitely Adesanya's best win in the UFC. Tavares is a tough, tough dude.

@Imperator

Depends if he develops his wrestling.  I could easily see Weidman, Gastelum, Jacare, Rockhold and Romero take away the striking advantage from him.

Man fell asleep watching last night and I'm not even mad. Got up this am and watched Israel put it on tavares. Same thing happened when i took my wife to see ocean's 8 (her pick). I fell asleep about 15 mins in. I was happy though because anything that puts me to sleep is alright in my book.

Well my picks were thrown in a dumpster .... Before the main card even started.. Adesanya kinda lived up to the hype.. But I think Violent Bob Ross painted a beautiful masterpiece... In my opinion..

Israel is good. He's real good. I can't wait to see him scrap with some of the elites. Most of the top guys at MW are rocking some serious grappling creds. Heck even whittaker, who is primarily a defense 1st grappler, can legit take just about anyone down in the division. I wish there was a way for him to have competed for an oppurtunity to go the Olympics.

Thank god for DVRs. I was kinda like you mbach except I woke up in time to see Adesanya more than justify all the hype live. Either Brad's wrestling was way overrated, Vettori was way underrated, or Adesanya has imrpoved his grappling a bunch in a very short time.

None of the splits were robberies. I thought Peterson, Mitchell, and Caceres won and Marquez/Di Chirico and Trizano/Giannetti were tossups.

The only decision I didn’t like was the Di Chirico. I thought Marquez was pretty hamdedly winning. Not really a robbery though.

I thought Giannetti was clearly a better fighter and was rooting for him but he deserved to lose and gave that one away. I was really turned off by his performance. I hope it’s nit a case of him looking great when he can dominate but doesn’t have it in diverse moments. He’s young hopefully he can work through that.

I was impressed with Israel but thought Tavares fought scared and had a terrible approach. He didn’t work hard enough to tie him against the cage and burn the arms out and had no approach or set up to his takedowns.

I picked against Roxy but I’m super stoked for her. She looked great. Barb has t been the same since her lay off. Might be time to hang em up or reevaluate.

Pena was the TUF star. Too bad he got hurt. Kid looks to have real potential. I hope they build him properly.

I would call that one a straight up robbery Swain. That's the worst adjudicating I've seen in a long time. Marquez not only pushed the pace the entire fight, but he nearly finished di chirico in rounds 2 and 3. What did di chirico really do? He landed a good shot in the first, some hard worked for and non-emphatic takedowns he did nothing with and in which he spent time fighting off subs.

There is no argument to make for him wining that fight. The most anyone could possibly give him was the first, and even that is generous.

Adelaide Byrd needs to die, basically.

I actually think Israel's win over Vettori is going to look better with age.

Vettori has subbed some good guys on the ground, he may indeed be a little overlooked.
