Yea it pretty easy to pass a test when you know the day your taking it, as seen by the fact we saw what happens when he doesn't.

Skelliher has literrally forgotten more mma knowledge then you will ever know.
Lets see his resume: Life long martial artist who trained with ufc fighters and has 20 kicking boxing fights, a proffession mma writer, works for mma website and literally watches mma all day.
Then there your resume: Some random guy on MMA site that takes himself and his fight pick percentage way to seriously
So it not really much of a match, he frankly out classes your knowledge of mma to a laughable level. So how about you just shut up and stay in the corner of the room while the grown ups are talking? .

Also worth noting, there was no random drug testing for Silva's last 2 fights, which were both in Nevada against Chris Weidman.

Life hurts a lot less if you just assume that all your heroes are using.
There will never, ever be a time or sport where more money is spent on drug testing than on researching new PEDs and work arounds.

I've been assuming everyone is on it for the past two years and it is great to do so - this didn't hurt at all. And I almost cried when Barao lost his title.
