I think Aldo takes this one. Ben had some success with leg kicks, even dropped Frankie a couple of times with those. I don't see any reason Aldo's leg kicks won't work.

Edgar is a lot better than Faber. I'm rooting for Edgar but even if he loses he should give Aldo a fight.

Edgar is by far the best guy Aldo has faced. I don't think he'll try to hold Aldo down like everybody thinks and I think the striking will be very competitive as long as Edgar checks Aldo's leg kicks.

Edgar is very talented but he relies too much on his speed, Aldo is just as fast or faster and has more power, it's gonna be a great fight but I think Aldo will get the KO or at least put a lot of damage in Frankie's face. sad thing is that Edgar will be trapped between 2 champions he can't defeat he could defeat almost everyone else probably but not Ben nor Aldo.
I would like to see him fight Mendes

At 1st i thought Aldo would KO him, but i just dont see it happening. Edgar is pretty hard to put away, and if Aldo cant do it in the 1st 2 rounds. He wont be able to do it. This is Edgar's natural weight class, and he is gonna show that Aldo is human, and can/will be beaten in his home country. The Brazilian crowd is not gonna like to see their champion get beat.

sigh...that is such a stupid comment it's not even funny. It's sad actually. That's like saying Nick Diaz has a very good chance of beating GSP as long as he stuffs GSP's takedowns.

NO ******* ****. It's a lot easier said than done and no one else has been successful so why would Edgar be? Ya, he caught like 30 leg kicks from Benson Henderson in their first fight but Benson's leg kicks and Aldo's leg kicks are in completely different leagues. Aldo's kicks are the fastest, most explosive and pound-for-pound most powerful in MMA.

With that said, I think Aldo will dominate for 25 minutes and then Frankie Edgar will be awarded the decision by the judges, including the idiotic Adelaide Byrd.

Ben was chewing up Edgar's legs in the first round of their second fight. He stopped (for whatever reason) even though it was working. Aldo won't stop. Without his movement, Edgar won't have anything to defend against Aldo and he won't have the explosion to take Aldo down. Not sure if Aldo can get him out of there, but he's devastating and won't have the problems that Maynard had if he gets Edgar in trouble.

@Trae This fight is in Vegas, not Brazil.
