Since it's a slow day in the world of MMA, I thought it would be cool to talk about Tapology and ourselves.. anything at all regarding the same.  I'll get a brief start going..

I live in PA, am 30 and have been a fan of MMA since I was a teenager.  Work for the railroad and rarely ever miss an event regardless of promotion/stature.  I like Tapology b/c of the environment it fosters.  I wish we could edit/delete our posts... maybe have categories of threads for the forums, but all in all, I appreciate the type of place this is thus far.

I am 29 I and live in Colorado for now where I have been training in BJJ for the past 9 months, my first mma card that i ever watched was the the ultimate fighter 1 finale and have been hooked. I don't get to see a lot of the cards but make sure I watch the fights online. I have been to one WEC event which was bad ass, if you ever get the chance to see one live take it.

@beastmaster BJJ kicks ass, it is a great work out and there is just something about making someone tap before its to late and they go to sleep or an arm gets jacked up. What rank are u at i am a white belt with one strip its not much but it is a lot harder then most think to rank up.

I've mentioned it before, but I got an unlimited month from my rents for my birthday.  Jorge Gurgel will be here this Saturday, but I can't go.  Slightly irked about it.

I might have to look into that Pacquaio fight, Bellator just isn't gonna cut it.

Haha, good thing you can joke on this site. I posted a comment on bloody elbow because they were reporting on the boxing fight. All i said is "I thought this was an MMA site", and people started crying. This site is ten times better, I think BE has it out for me because of my username.

@rowlison
I'm a white belt with one stripe too. I read that it takes about 2-3 years between belts and that for the purple belt it takes 3-4 years. so it's going to a while but who knows we can do it in 3 years like The Prodigy. :-)

@Soccer  I was a huge boxing fan back in the day.  It just doesn't do it for me anymore.  I would watch a Manny fight, but not when MMA is one for free.

@Cole.. what do you train in?
