Since it's a slow day in the world of MMA, I thought it would be cool to talk about Tapology and ourselves.. anything at all regarding the same.  I'll get a brief start going..

I live in PA, am 30 and have been a fan of MMA since I was a teenager.  Work for the railroad and rarely ever miss an event regardless of promotion/stature.  I like Tapology b/c of the environment it fosters.  I wish we could edit/delete our posts... maybe have categories of threads for the forums, but all in all, I appreciate the type of place this is thus far.

@Piercerdan, I'm not a fan of the crowds much myself, but Neurosis at Maryland Deathfest crosses off a longtime favorite, and current favorite Truckfighters in Chicago on their first U.S. tour.  Roadtrip inspiring.

Only concerts I have been to (music wise) was Jimmy's Chicken Shack and Fuel.  Both were great live shows.

hahahahaha truckfighters eh? never heard of them but im inspired to look them up!  I went to see dethklok and the sound quality sucked and the crowd was excruciating and then the show was word for word the dvd that came with season 2 of metalocalypse.  I was so disappointed and that was the final straw for me.  Now i only go if its someone i really really NEED to see at a good venue, or im being dragged out.

@kallous i hung out with system back in 98, they were pretty cool but very high.

@Piercerdan, I can't say I hung out with them, but I did see System in '98 as well, along with Incubus, Snot and Soulfly.  $12. No lie.

@gloom i saw them with staticx and fear factory on the obsolete tour, great show and i think it was around the same price dont remember the money aspect tho.  One of the best shows ive been to ever.  Fear factory killed it, when they played shock i literally couldnt breathe for parts of it because of how they had the sound it was like all of the air got sucked out of the bar.  Never before or since have i experienced that.

which guys? monster magnet is the band that did that space lord song from the 90s (they did lots of great music but that one was popular) and fu manchu is stoner rock thats pretty decent.
