Since it's a slow day in the world of MMA, I thought it would be cool to talk about Tapology and ourselves.. anything at all regarding the same.  I'll get a brief start going..

I live in PA, am 30 and have been a fan of MMA since I was a teenager.  Work for the railroad and rarely ever miss an event regardless of promotion/stature.  I like Tapology b/c of the environment it fosters.  I wish we could edit/delete our posts... maybe have categories of threads for the forums, but all in all, I appreciate the type of place this is thus far.

Not much so far. Part of army reserve but really considering going active duty. I like the army. Other than that I just go to a community college since I didnt attempt to get into any better school. Probably gonna transfer to a CSU and then get a bachelors degree. I am only 19 but trying  to figure out what to do. Apart from that I just do casual things like watch movies, play video games, and hang out with my gf.

I knew you were in the army, but couldn't remember if you were in school or employed.  Touch choice when you're just not sure.. army career or college... or both?  "Choice is the only freedom we really have".  @Gregory... that is a movie quote for ya!

I did yard work all day yesterday for my Mom.  Sucked ass, but she's great and has even agreed to give MMA a chance.  I've already decided on Sakuraba Vs. Newton and Henderson Vs. Pettis.  Any other suggestions?

Awesome mom right there.. giving it a chance.  Something exciting, but not too brutal/bloody.  Henderson/Cerrone would be a good one.  My mom is great, but she would never watch MMA..lol.

Yeah, my mom was a Sugar Ray fan from back when they showed boxing on network tv.  Henderson Vs. Cerrone would be another good one.

Yeah Big Nog vs Randy and Lil' Nog vs Shogun are some of the all-time greatest fights. Nog vs Couture was incredibly entertaining throughout, both guys left it all out there, and Rogerio vs Shogun is my all-time favorite fight. Also Manhoef vs. Cyborg.
My mom can't stand MMA, my dad likes it. He isn't into it, but he likes to watch it. Surprisingly, I wasn't even the one to get him into it, his friend showed him a Cro Cop highlight reel, and he wanted to order the Gonzaga/CC fight (although I think it was free). It was definitely a bummer when one of my favorite fighters and probably the only fighter he knew got completely shut down and brutally ko'd. Fun night though.
