Alberth Dias was born in Aracaju, Sergipe, Brazil. Since 2015 he has been resident in Madrid, Spain. Since the age of 15, he has practiced Muay Thai, starting at the Natural Kombat Team, passing through Clube da Luta Team and defending for many years the team at the Tribo Muay Thai Academy, where he received his black degree from his mentor Léo Campos. Alberth Dias achieved the feat of becoming the best Muay Thai athlete in Sergipe, in the 67 kg category, while still defending the Muay Thai Tribe, in 2011. Soon after, he migrated to mma in 2012 where he began his career. His first fight was at Sergipe Sport Fight MMA, where he was victorious. But an injury prevented the  from continuing his career that year, which didn't stop Alberth Dias from winning some major fights in his home state of Sergipe. The following year, Alberth Dias began to work in Santos, São Paulo, where he was chosen as the Training Camp for the fighter Charles "Do Bronx" Oliveira, who at that time was preparing to fight the Korean Zumbi at UFC Fight Night. In 2015 Alberth Dias received an invitation to be a Muay Thai teacher at the Madrid Fight Center Academy and a year later he became part of the Spanish unit of Killer Bees Muay Thai College, founded by Anderson "Spider" Silva. In 2020, Alberth Dias fights in a major event, the Bellator, where he was victorious beating a training partner of former UFC champion, Conor McGregor. He has been with Bellator since then.
