I began watching UFC when I was in high school (old school, single digit UFC events (dating myself here)). After school I took a hiatus for the next roughly eight years until TUF season 1 came out on Spike. That served to rekindle my interest in the sport, and have been an avid follower ever since.
I've been involved in the martial arts for most of my life starting with Tae Kwon Do when I was 13. In addition, I've trained in: Filipino arts (Arnis and Balintawak), Goju Ryu Karate, Aiki-Jitsu, Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, and for the passed six months I've been fully dedicated to San Da and Muay Thai kickboxing.
I'd like to add more grappling to my bag of tricks at some point as well.
The bottom line is I love MMA!
