Volk would only beat him if they fight in 2025. Volk needs a year off before coming back to mma, his chin is compromised and if he returns now he would only make things worse. Hes so much better than josh emmett but fighting the hardest hitter in the division after 2 brutal ko losses is a terrible idea

Volk shoudnt fight again this year period, he needs to rest and sharpen his defencive skills and come back next year agaisnt topuria or someone with zero ko power (aljo or movsar)

Exactly, taking fights quickly is the whole reason he’s been ko’ed twice in a row; taking the ilia fight 5 months after being slept against islam was one of the dumbest possible things he could’ve done. Even in his prime volk wasn’t known for having a god tier chin, he should take as much time off as possible

I obviously think volk is levels better than Emmett I just don't think he could take a hit from him at this point in his career

But on the flip side, Volk is getting up their in age,  another day waiting is another day older, if he wait into next year, he should just back himself and fight Illa

If he want to go down in ranking, UFC should match him up with Sterling or Movser on this card, no risk of him getting Ko’d

It’s MMA, it’s almost a certainty you get hit. This is why not being able to take a punch most likely means a end of your career, doesn’t matter if your the most skilled fighter in the world, no worst thing that not being able to take a punch 

On this topic, I’m very sus on Tom Nolan chin, I think that guy can’t take a punch, He lucky he fighting Alex Reyes, but I wouldn’t be too surprise if Reyes KOs him, Nolan has no chin

Why is Bleda the favorite? her only win is Gabriela Fernandez, and shes not very good at all. O'Neill has had success against good competition, shes not champ material but shes a pretty darn good fighter and should make easy work of Bleda.

Hope the UFC can get some fights on this card, Only 2 fights announce should be on the early prelims, UFC should of announce more fight for a PPV 2 months away.
