 if it is a wrestling battle then I bet my house. Blaydes would be the one to take him down if hes not afraid of almeida's jiu jitsu.

It’s not impossible to take blaydes down. Jailton has a huge speed and size advantage. As I said, he has more than a double leg; his trips are very good. Go watch his dwcs fight back, he utilized a ton of different wrestling techniques & even showed he can reverse position when someone defends

Blaydes can take Jailton down, but can he keep him there for how long ?

 As Ay said, Jailton fought a very skilled guy in his contender series fight and looked absolutely amazing. He has great inside and outside leg trips, which I think is gonna be the better path to victory for him in this one, cause Blaydes is bigger, but Jailton seems stronger than him. 

I guess the line should be closer, but I can totally understand Jailton being the favorite.

If blaydes gets on his back I think he will stay there. Jailtons top control is scary

Chatri pulled a trump card & blocked Kim from taking this fight. He said she is still under ONE contract. Moura is now facing Montserrat Ruiz 

Moura is going to put on a ‘Jailton Almeida’ style performance here. 
Ruiz had no answer for Amorim  - it’s going to be déjà vu for her + Moura has a huge reach & height advantage

I fail to grasp how a 230 pound guy has a size advantage against an inch taller and 32 pound heavier guy? I think this is a nighmtare matchup for Jailton, Curtis has good wrestling on top of decent hands and he will be defending a takedowns from a 30 plus pound lighter guy which is insane advantage to have.

But I think the thing people are missing is that Curtis can be taken down. Nobody shoots on him because 1. Most heavyweights can’t wrestle and 2. The few that can were getting wrestled by Curtis. Jailton is a very good wrestler in his own right, i have no doubts he can get blaydes down. Blaydes is a very good wrestler but he is at a huge speed & athleticism disadvantage. Jailton moves so quick and is incredibly explosive for a heavyweight. He also has more than just a double leg; jailton has all sorts of trips & throws in the clinch. Blaydes might be able to defend jailtons traditional attempts like the blast double (although jailton might be too fast for him to react) but the grappling techniques will give him trouble. I’ve only seen jailton get reversed at 205, so we will have to see how he does if blaydes can defend & get on top. Jailton doesn’t accept bottom position nor does he waste energy in getting up. Blaydes is also very slow to me in general. He’s got really great wrestling & has developed into one of the better strikers at 265, but he is very slow imo. Jailton is so slick on the ground & with his attempts. I really think he is going to look good here

His gas tank looked fine against nasrudinov. He got taken down & fought pretty much all grappling for 7 minutes
