@JustTonyLTony Loiseleur For the few of you waiting for Shooto updates, my apologies. Trying to save battery life here...
So far tonight, we've seen Koshi Matsumoto RNCing Kazuya Satomoto, 2:07 R2, & Fumihiko Kawahara KOing Yuhei Ota in 14 seconds.
That Kawahara KO was a pretty sight. Ota closes in and Kawahara throws one right hook & that's it. Goodnight Ota.
Akira Okada dec's Koji Nishioka, as does K-Taro Nakamura, taking a commanding dec over former Pac Rim champ Yohei Sato.
Last but not least, Haruo Ochi blasted Masaaki Sugawara's chin to finish the fight with GNP at 1:02 of R1. Fun nite so far.
Masakatsu Ueda narrowly defeats Kyoji Horiguchi by majority decision, 29-28x2, 29-29 after three gripping, back and forth rounds.
What a wonderful fight to kick off JMMA's 2012 year. Heartily encourage folks to check it out.
And for that matter, despite just losing, I still think Kyoji Horiguchi is the bright future of JMMA. He held his own against a great BW.
Hiromasa Ogikubo defends his 132-pound Pac Rim title against Tetsu Suzuki, 30-28x2, 29-28.
Wataru Miki and Guy Delumeau go to a split draw. Horrendous. Absolutely horrendous judging. Only referee Toshiharu Suzuki got it right with a 29-28 Delumeau verdict. Judge Tadashi Yokoyama had it a bad 29-28 Miki... While newjack Tomohiro Tanaka had it a 29-29 draw. His scorecards have been pretty bad all night, actually. You're on notice, Tanaka.

Sweet I won. Sounds like the judges screwed me out of a decision perfect too in the Delameau fight.

It seems my decision heavy strategy worked well! Too bad Delameau/miki drew again, that must be frustrating.

Has there ever been any other guys that have fought twice and both went to Draw?
