Really gutted that Hawes pulled out. Had a big bet on Alvey by KO, hedged with Hawes by decision.

Alvey can't catch a break, I think Allen will steam roll him. And the odds will be crap

Nah I think I'll revert to Erosa. Peterson's crafty striking is just plenty of neat crosses. Julian is too diverse

Erosa is better everywhere. His only worry is the chin but Peterson doesn’t hit hard nor is he a very good striker. Negative striking differential and low striking accuracy and defense

I think Steven might make things tricky for Julian if he gets top position, he's an underrated grappler really, but he's extremely vulnerable and predictable on the feet for me to back him here.

I don't think Peterson can bring something more dangerous nor refined than Jourdain or Woodson, so he'll have to really sell out for takedowns if he's to have a chance.

Brandon Allen should win this 90% of the time, Brandon Allen is actually a good fighter(he be around the top 20), Since 2016, while  Sam Alvey won 3 fights, 2 of them are splits to 2017 Rashad Evans and Gian Villente And Sam Alvey haven't won in 4 years or 2018, If you say Sam Alvey is the worst fighter on the roster, You ain't wrong, And if you don't, he is close to the worst at the moment

Honesly Sam is the worst fighter Brandon fought in his UFC carrer, Also Brandon Allen is not that chinny, He can take a punch usually, Sean Strickland and Chris Curtis are good fighter, And they put a beating on Allen before finishing him, Sam only path to victory, Land a flucky left hook, It MMA and anyone can get KO'd, But I'm not counting on it,

Sam just lost 3-0 to Welliton Turman, He got his asskicked, Brandon is a better striker then Turman, Puna is way better then Alvey, And more dangerous and you see what Allen did to him,

I might be just stating the obvious, but I got 2 downvotes. So 2 people disagree with me so I need to teach these kids

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 6 of 13 Winners, 2 Perfect, 390 Points   |   Tied for 2997th

Hermansson vs. Strickland
Sean Strickland, TKO, R4
Think Stricklands takedown defense should be enough and if he can stay off his back in the first 2 rounds should be all she wrote. Hermansson is durable but just think Strickland is going to deny a takedown early 4th round and due to unanswered shots the fight will be called off.

Soriano vs. Maximov
Punahele Soriano, TKO, R1
Maximov can't hang with Soriano on the feet and from the Brundage fight he will most definitely have trouble with Soriano's takedown defense.

Rakhmonov vs. Harris
Carlston Harris, DEC
One of the most fun fights on this card, really liked Harris so far and Rakmonov hasn't showed me too much so far. Really like Harris's strandup and BJJ from the top if it comes to it. Think round 1 goes Harris, Round 2 Rakhmonov and Harris Rallies with the harder shots for round 3. Looking forward to this one.

Alvey vs. Allen
Brendan Allen, SUB, R2
Very suspect that Allen is coming back after a month from being KO'd pretty bad. I know Alvey is done but he can still put you out and you keep somebody like Alvey with power and only fights throwing power lefts while backing up worried for Allen's chine here but think he can get it done and can take this to the ground if things get scary.

Battle vs. Gore
Tresean Gore, TKO, R2
This should be a battle no pun intended. Think Gore hits just a little harder and going into the 2nd round Gore will have Battle right where he wants him and KO''s him bad. Than takes his TUF 29 Trophy.

Erosa vs. Peterson
Julian Erosa, DEC
I think Erosa knocks him out in the 2nd low-key but just going straight hoe mode and taking Erosa by DEC.

Johns vs. Castañeda
Miles Johns, DEC
Basically banking on Castaneda having that Mexican heart and chin otherwise John's by KO within 2.5.

Dawodu vs. Trizano
Hakeem Dawodu, DEC
Love this card, good ass fight once again I really like Dawodu just a little worried how he will fight against a crazy forward pressuring non-stop mad man. Like Dawodu's muay Thai enough to get it done tho should be a close one.

Barriault vs. Njokuani
Chidi Njokuani, DEC
Was Barriault basically all week and I will probably regret this and honestly Njokuani didn't impress me that much on DWCS but this dude is a finish prospect and has it, think he'll be there all 3 round and won't fade like Lungiambula but will have the harder shots as well. + love that 8 inch reach.

Davis vs. Stoliarenko
Alexis Davis, SUB, R2
Davis is tough and Stoliarenko has shown problems with her weight cut pretty easy choice even if Stoliarenko dominates a easy 10-9 in the first which I don't think that is the case, but still Davis will be there all 3 round and can easily win out in 2 and 3.

Marques vs. Almeida
Jailton Almeida, TKO, R2
Super impressed with Almeida on DWCS and Marques gases think Almeida dominates grappling and pounds his head in on the feet especially after the 1st. Almeida due to ground and pound.

Witt vs. Rowe
Jason Witt, DEC
I hate myself for switching to Witt on Wednesday when I've been going back and forth thinking Rowe easy but he loves his body triangle on bottom and Witt has showed a better chin think he wrestle ****s Rowe to easy DEC.

Gordon vs. Bondar
Denys Bondar, DEC
Think Gordon is **** but underrated **** tier flyweight. I like him and think if he keeps Bondar strictly on the feet he can win this one but think Bondar should be a safe favorite to start the card off.

Alvey vs. Turman was a split, not a UD... which shows you just how horrible Turman actually is.

Alvey is not in a horrible spot tho at least for this fight (other than like the 8 losing streak lol.) he's been training for one for awhile, Allen just got KO'd pretty bad a month ago and taking this one on short notice. I don't have enough nuts to go Alvey but I don't hate it; keep somebody that trash around long enough watch him get a win.

His style is aids as well basically backup and throw power left with the occasional stiff ass right hand. + if I remember right his output has been pretty cheeks.

Turman vs alvey being a split is the same as Aljamain beating Yan by DQ, Turman won 2-1, 3-0, 3-0, just he got  2 point taken away for repeated foul, if Turman and Yan just didn’t cheat like dummy’s they would of got clear victory

I’m just going to say, we all know what happen in the fights,

Not touching Allen...just feels like a bad spot, -400 on a fighter coming off a loss on short notice.
If the odds get high enough, might take a tiny flier on Alvey lol
