Zombie and Emmett also want the fight. Cejudo  is also interested. Not sure why he wants $ wise. I really want to see that fight but it would suck if Cejudo won then vacates immediately, leaving a vacancy. Haha.  That said, I like the Cejudo fight and think Volk can win it.

Volk's anti-wrestling is too good combined with his size advantage.Cejudo's cardio isn't amazing and he'd have to put on size for the fight and really, really burn the tank to get Alex down. Ortega couldn't sub Volk in an ideal position.  So henry most likely isn't winning by sub. He's not outstriking Volk. Forget about that. So basically he has to win by dec at a massive size, reach, and cardio disadvantage.

I give him about a 10-15% chance of winning that fight.

He’s only got a 70% tdd, I think an Olympic gold medalist could get him down. That being said I don’t think Henry would win.

@Mayo Cejudo has 33% TDA against much smaller guys. He might get Volk to a knee after a huge expenditure of energy. Maybe. And What's he going to do if he gets him there? He's not a sub artist, and trying to maintain top control over volk is....extremely difficult.  Volkanovski would probably just little brother him TBH. Size matters.

Volkanovski is not Moraes. Totally different deal especially in the wrestling department.

Opponent replecament doesn't makes sense imho because noone except Max have put a performance that would consider him capable of beating Volkanovski

only fight I wanna see is Cejudo Alex rn

I mean it’s like I said; I don’t think any ones beating volk. He’s beaten the biggest threat to him twice and it hasn’t really been close with anyone else. I think whoever steps in likely gets destroyed

Honestly i am not interested in Volk/Max 3. Just keep booking the fight until Max wins is kinda ********. I want to see new contenders. You can tell the ufc loves max and hates volk

The problem is Max keeps beating the **** out of everyone not named Volkanovski so there's not a whole lot they can do. If Alex wins again I have no idea what they do with Max.

I don’t get why people want to see Volk vs Cejudo, it be like if they made a fight like Francis vs Izzy, I can’t see any way Cejudo wins, Good luck taking down Volk who 2 division bigger then him, who also a great wrestler, also Volk dominant Aldo and beat Holloway twice on the feet

People act like weight class don’t exist, anyone who exited for this don’t understand weight class

i really dont care about the volk/max fight. i thought max won the second fight and i was a max fan until he started claiming to be the best boxer in mma...he's not even close. he's gotten a big head and someone is going to make him pay for that. ceujdo/volk would be a major mismatch a flyweight against a featherweight and i dont understand why anyone would even want to watch that fight. and i would agree to not sleep on the zombie in this spot. i dont think he wins but he'll make a fight of it until the end.

As much as I love Volk I hope TKZ gets the W. He's 34 and counting so this is probably his last shot. He's always been a favorite of mine.
