I've still got loads of low value junk lying around, I really need to start getting back into doing local car boot sales. I used to do about one a week over the summer months for a few years straight but I haven't done one for about 2 years now.

well what I do is, when the new year of cards comes out, I go to a boot sale near me, and sell everything from the previous year, the book, the cards, the guide, the game board, and that usually gets me a profit most of the time, sometimes i wait a year or two and they go for more but most of the time I just do it as soon as the new set comes out.

anyways, kevin holland is moving to 170lbs, and how does he announce it? by making a joke about the lebron miami heat move. "I'm taking my talents to the 170lbs division"

Honestly I don't think it matters where he goes unless he gets better TDD and learns to sweep/bridge.

@chessball, I take it one step further, I thought Holland takedown defense look improve, Daukaus tried hard to get a takedown and couldn't get it, The fight was like 3 minute before the head butt and it's Daukaus, Not the 2 best wrestler in Vetori and Brunson, But you can see clear improvement if you know what to look for,

 I'm annoyed they didn't rematch because I bet I could of got Holland as an underdog, He would of KO"d dakaus in the rematch

I mean pretty silly to not accept smaller guys will be able to control him less.
And yes he looked ok in lil dauk fight.
Sadly skill is not the problem its mental he gives up.
He clearly stops trying for subs sweeps standups.
Kevin holland fan he needs to get his head straight.

RIP to the Camo shorts. Mitchell’s striking is ass and even Fili was able to put it on him for the few moments it was standing. Edson has much better TDD, he survived Amirkhanis takedowns very well, and despite being a gasser Amirkhani is one of the best wrestlers in that division.

Yeah Mitchell won’t be able to get him down either. Barboza has a very very legit tdd. I think it’s around 75-80% and he also was able to survive the ground game of khabib. He’s going to be even harder to take down at fw. If Mitchell by some chance gets him down he’s likely getting subbed tho

so I've just watched Bruised, Im surprised. I thought the movie would be much worse, but it got me emotional.

Good storyline with her son, fine cast, some real-life **** to feel more immersion, fight with Valentina was shown in an interesting way, I've even got some emotions that I get watching real fight (that: Oh **** something is going to happen now).

I kinda feel like if you are an mma fan you just need to experience this movie on yourself and then judge. I didn't even know they put real referee in here

Wasn't overly a fan of it, felt like Btec (second rate) Rocky done 40 something years later. Plus *** is with Jackie Justice?

every film about boxing/mma/whatever after rocky is just trying to do the same thing as rocky, and it almost never works.

The thing that made Rocky great was that it was never a film about boxing it was film about a bum who came from the mean streets of Philadelphia working his way up the ladder so he could provide for his loved ones. Haven't watched Bruised yet but imo to make a proper Rocky clone you got to emulate that type of storyline.

The trouble is that underdog-rags-to-riches storyline has become so worn down since Rocky did it as there have been so many similar ones since.
