Belfort vs. Johnson

Man Im so happy Belfort won. I def thought a knockout, but a submissions works for me too. First submission win since his RNC over Southworth in 01 if I'm not mistaken.

The best fights to watch are the ones that have potential karma involved.  Johnson had that coming.  I highly doubt he will find the same success that he had earlier in his career now that he is fighting guys his own size.

Had to laugh about him talking about breaking Belfort.  You ain't Dan Henderson, Anthony.  Vitor Belfort just broke you.

I think if it would have been better if Belfort and AJ didn't have all of this drama going into this fight. AJ was already saying after the fight that he wasn't hurt, just "tired." It's just a ******** situation for someone like Belfort to be in after making weight and winning in Brazil.

I'm suprised how stupid and in denial AJ is. You know missing weight pisses of Dana so why do it a bazzilion if times? Even if you can't cut I am quite sure there is more than one Mike Dolce out there. He just has a name but hire a wrestling specialist and you should be fine.

Submission actually works even better for me here as it showed that even with the weight disadvantage Vitor was able to outgrapple and/or outmuscle Rumble and make him tap.

A series of very bad decisions by AJ. As the end result he comes off as unprofessional (or even 'cheater'), a loser, an ******* (all the smiling, lack of any regret and then telling people on the Internet to **** off) and a fighter making excuses ("I wasn't hurt at all, he didn't beat me, I just got tired").

And at the end of the day he not only lost the fight and 20% of his purse to Vitor, but also his job (and probably some fans). Maybe that'll make him think a little harder about what he's doing. The guy is almost 28 years old and his last name isn't Browning.
