It may have to do with Canada blocking Kadyrov and anyone attached to him financially, including fighters who train at Akhmat. And while I find it odd that they allowed Cryer to fight in Canada, why dwell on it?
Also keep in mind ACB is not owned by Kadyrov. That is WFCA and Akhmat Fight Club.
